MY SALON Suite

I rent a suite inside the My Salon Suites in Oceanside and I have had the best experience! I love the freedom of being your own boss and the owner of the building Jason always makes sure that I am happy and Handyman Kyle is awesome! I highly recommend this place. It’s always clean and the other Salon owners are so friendly and helpful. Also, my clients love it here!

Reviewing as a renter stylist here. So far I been at this location for close to a year now and even tho I moved from across the street, my clientele and myself noticed a world of a difference being part of my salon suites. The building itself is a newer building specifically designed for salon suites in mind. Everything is designed for convenience of the stylist and guests. From the intercom system, to the automatic lights , to the break room, down to the big giant windows to let tons of natural lighting into the suite. Depending what side of the building you’re on you’re gonna get a totally different vibe. My suite is right in front so it gets the most optimal lighting and being able to see the energy pass by as you’re working just makes your time being in your suite that much more enjoyable and less isolated feeling. The property itself is very clean and the security does a great job at making sure there are no issues out in the parking lot and around the building.. the owner is super sweet and nice. Best landlord ! He really cares you and the property are doing well !

This My Salon Suite is incredibly clean, well maintained and offers a wide variety of beauty professionals. As a suite renter here, I am highly impressed with the renters and Jason as a building manager. Jason is always quick to provide help and answers any questions when needed. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and plan on staying for as long as I can. I cannot recommend becoming a suite owner here enough!

As a renter of my own private My Salon Suite studio at this location since 2021, I’m very happy with my experience. The owner of the building, Jason, makes sure to help each of us create and maintain the most efficient and high quality environment for our guests and ourselves. The parking is great and close to so many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s been very accommodating to my needs as a high end hairstylist and I truly feel cared for as a renter there.

This is a lovely, clean, peaceful spot full of really great people. An ideal environment for stylists and guests who find they don’t thrive in typical noisy, fast-paced salons. Each space is uniquely designed for and by the stylist or practitioner to best fit their practical needs as well as express their personal/business style and brand. There is a nice waiting room with a secure door and intercom, as well as a directory of all the suites. The owner Jason is helpful and caring and does what he can to help his renters set up their suites and succeed in their businesses, as well as fostering a sense of community within the building.

Great salon suite experience. Clean, professional environment with responsive management. It’s been the perfect space to run my barber business and provide a comfortable experience for my clients. Highly recommend.

This has been a great place to rent out of! Jason is so great at going above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I love the security and safety the building has to offer.
