MUSA is truly a gem for the Cloverly community. My 7 year old daughter has been enrolled at MUSA for 2 years now and my 5 year old son for 1 year and both of them have benefited immensely in terms of greater confidence, discipline, self control and fitness. Master Shim and his instructors do an amazing job of keeping the classes fun and engaging for the kids while maintaining a challenging and structured curriculum that preserves the important aspects of traditional martial arts education. MUSA also offers an after school program and summer camp that my daughter looks forward to every day! This is a family-owned small business and very deserving of our support. They do an amazing job of cultivating greatness in so many kids in our community. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We've been with my son's Taekwondo program for nearly a year now, and we couldn’t be happier! The entire experience has been incredibly positive, and my son absolutely loves every class. Master Shim begins with fun and excitement that naturally lead into and integrate martial arts lessons. His patience and skill are impressive, and he and his team make every child feel confident. Exceptional experience! Ms. K and Master Shim are outstanding individuals who provide a warm and welcoming environment. Their organization, communication, and teaching skills are top-notch. The facility is immaculate, well-organized, and perfectly suited for kids. My son was nervous on his first day, but they made him feel at ease. We wanted our daughters to be involved in some sort of martial arts program and tried a few different places. MUSA immediately stood out as the best and most welcoming place. Master Shim is incredible with the kids and he and the rest of the staff there are just the nicest and kindest people you'll ever meet. This studio does a great job of teaching the students leadership and responsibility as is evidence by all the wonderful kids who are assistant teachers for the younger students. Our kids are always excited to go! If you have been looking for a Taekwondo studio, look no further. MUSA is the place.
