Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - New Braunfels, TX

The last dental assistant I got was awful, she was so rough with the mouth and while holding a tool in my mouth she would place the full weight of her arm on my teeth/jaw. She kept nicking my teeth with the tools. Which could have very well cracked or chipped one of my teeth. Would never communicate what she was doing or what she wanted from me. As my mouth is wide open I can not exactly ask what I’m supposed to do next nor should I have too. She just needs to learn to communicate with her patient. If I ever get her again I will be immediately requesting a different assistant. She will not be allowed in my mouth again. As for the dentist she can’t remember anything. She sets a plan and can’t even remember why she set that plan. The front desk girls are the only thing good about that place.

I actually really liked the doctor. She was really kind. Also, the people that work there were very kind and it makes you feel comfortable and that’s important. Some of us have some dental anxiety, and that helps to ease that. It’s also a really beautiful office and very clean

I Highly recommend Monarch!! My son and I both had great visits with Dr. B. She and all her staff were very warm and friendly, compassionate and professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything in great detail expressing great care in our treatment plans. I find them to be VERY affordable in comparison to previous dentists we have been to. Overall we are very pleased with our treatment and care at Monarch. They will continue to be our top choice for dental care in the future!!

Terry is a joke she doesn't know how to do her job. She is the worst person she gives you one price then chargers you another even when your their to only do what my insurance pays for and it still cost me 650. For a half mouth cleaning and gum build up. I sat in the chair for 15 minutes and that was a deep cleaning to them don't pay in advance the will ripe you off your refund sorry people run to another dental office

Everyone is so kind & understanding. Not only do I have a fear of dentists, I have an autoimmune disease & other health issues that affect my teeth. I highly recommend them

I was all excited to go to this dentist office just down the street from my home. After my x-rays and plan of treatment I try to make my first appointment just to find out that the dentist last day is September 24, 2025! They do not have a new dentist to come in and take over yet and that’s if that even happens. So i am told the next closest Monarch Dental is in Schertz, about 25 mins (plus) away from me after I already paid the yearly membership! I asked why was I not told this prior to coming in? Her response was, well Dumb in my opinion. Anyhow, now I have to drive to Schertz for treatments if the New Braunfels location does not find a new dentist. I feel it was a total waste of my time.
