Modern Smiles

PATIENT BEWARE ‼️ My daughters came in for routine work when we were referred to this dentist. My adult daughter went with her little sister. Months later and a move across the country, we get a bill for about 1,700.00! I was baffled and called that this must be something to fix easy. Asked them to run it through insurance, only to find out they did already and that they were out of network. I called insurance and my adult daughters was submitted as pediatric so it was adjusted on the insurance end and they were able to pay about half with it out of network. There was no call or attempt to reach out before the work was done to assure the customer (19yo) would be able to pay the bill. Simply disregard then left with a not so sweet surprise. It is extremely unfortunate that they are simply looking for a pay out not what is best for the patient and assuring insurance is approved. It makes me sick that this company can do this. Just save yourself the trouble from an unexpected payment due and go somewhere else. -Lesson Learned PS- her filling wasn’t properly done causing pain and needing to be seen by another dentist at our new location.

Hands down thee best dental office I’ve ever been too! I chipped my tooth over the weekend and couldn’t find a dentist that was available, to save my life. Some dental offices couldn’t get my scheduled until October, for a filling! I called literally over 20 dental offices, none of them were saying anything I wanted to hear but right before I gave up I called modern smiles and I heard such a kind voice say "modern smiles dental" from the lovely receptionist Ms. Cassie. She got me squared away with an appointment the very next morning. Going into my appointment I was greeted with warm smiles and fast service. Dr. Heidi was phenomenal, hands down best work I’ve seen! She smoothed my tooth out so well and my teeth feel normal and smooth. And she was so nice guiding me through the whole process accompanied by her lovely assistant Ms. Ashley they are the dream team. I was traumatized by my passed dentist experience but they made me feel comfortable and safe. Overall 10/10 would recommend, I live in Minot ND so the 2 hour drive was worth it and the pricing was somewhat reasonable without having insurance. Thank you guys for giving me my smile back!!

Wonderful, non judgemental! I have been to many dentists and this is the only one I have ever even thought of recommending!! The dental hygentist was wonderful and the Dentist was also!!! Neither of them were pushy, wanting to do things that I felt were unnecessary, issues were explained so that I understood why something should be done, I was shown pictures of my teeth so i fully understood the reason that further care was needed, i have never had an experience at a dentist office like this! I don't want to tell people about this place because I might have a problem getting in if everyone knows about it!I REALLY, I felt like I was thier only patient!!!! I miss that feeling. Im norrmaly an ass and never anywhere near this nice, ask my wife!!! Who I recommended start going there. Sean MacPherson.

This place goes above and beyond, even with the first phone call! They make you feel welcome and all the staff provided superior service. So glad our family was referred here.

Went for the norm. They didn’t like what one of my fillings looked like and said should get crowned. I asked about a root canal and they said wouldn’t be needed.4 appointments and thousands of dollars later I need a root canal that can’t be done for months and can’t use half of my mouth. I’d pass on going there
