Ive gone to this hair salon many times and the staff is nice. But the stylist was always late and the appointment takes 10 plus hrs. Because of the frequent stopping. I will say they are gentle with your hair. So i appreciate that. But always forgetting that im one of your clients always late and the appointment runs too long. Is not good! The salon definitely needs another braider. Also it doesnt hurt to offer some water .
