Miracle Dental Associates-Pleasant Hills

I highly recommend Miracle Dental Pleasant Hill… My son has the biggest fear of the dentist (he’s 3). We were there today and Julie, the dental hygienist was AMAZING. she was SO good with my son. She made him feel so comfortable and welcomed.

We’ve seen a few different people here, and they are all such positive energy to have around your kids. They make the experiences fun, explain everything in a way that is exciting instead of scary, and make the whole family comfortable with the experience.

Always such a nice experience at the Pleasant Hill location! We usually hear back within 24-48 hours for appointments and reschedules if needed. They are very understanding and listen to my kiddos concerns and make their experiences pleasant ones.

I was nervous taking my daughter to her first dental appointment as she hates brushing her teeth. The staff at Miracle Dental were amazing! They made her feel so comfortable and took their time. She ended up doing great! She had fun and was happy to let them do her exam and clean her teeth. I loved that they had a stuffed dragon for her to brush it’s teeth and showed exactly what they were going to do. The provider that worked with her was amazing! She made the visit fun and exciting for my daughter. They also gave me simple tips to make sure she has the best dental health. My daughter loved going to this dentist and is excited to go back. I was really shocked at how well she did! She had no cavities which was great! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone with children!

This practice doesn’t understand severe autism. They are not understanding if you cancel an appointment at the last minute because your child is in crisis. They threatened to kick us out of the practice! They are useless at understanding the needs of a child that is struggling to cope with their waiting room or their consultation rooms. The sensory room is a joke! A crash mat on the floor is not a sensory room. I can not recommend this place to parents of severely autistic children because it has been an extremely stressful and difficult experience going there due to the lack of support and their strict policies regarding cancellations

We had a great experience today at miracle dentist!! The staff was so kind and sweet and really made sure my son and I were comfortable. They explained everything in detail, and by the end of the appointment I was shocked at just how well he did (which I believe 100% was a-lot to do with the caring staff)!! Thank you!! 😊

Very helpful front desk staff and wait time was not long at all. Dental hygienists were very patient and loving towards my children and made sure they felt safe with them working on my kids teeth! Love it there and would highly recommend anyone with small children to go there!
