I had a concerning experience with Dr. Ruppert-Majer that I feel others should know about. I went in for a standard cleaning and was told I had a cavity, a cracked tooth, and extreme wear from grinding. They immediately presented me with a treatment plan totaling thousands of dollars for a crown, night guard, and special rinses. I sought a second opinion at a different local dentist two months later. The new dentist confirmed I have zero cavities, no cracked tooth (it was a natural divot), and no signs of grinding. Furthermore, the cleaning I received here was so rushed (<10 mins) that the new dentist found plaque remaining below the gumline. I am relieved I didn't pay for the unnecessary procedures, but I am deeply disappointed in the lack of ethics and quality of care. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to major work with Dr. Ruppert-Majer. She was prepared to crown a perfectly good tooth.

The worst experience with a dentist in my life. Dr Ruppert told me if I did not get the"deep" cleaning vs my regular insurance paid for clean I would have heart problems and or diabetes - I just had my teeth cleaned by another dentist 7 months prior I am in terrific health and very fit. When I tried to talk to her she said I was talking over her, she would not let me talk or ask questions at all. I was absurd! She was so rude, she kept trying to tell me it would not be that much more cost to do, the entire time I felt she was trying to get me to pay more than the insurance general cleaning would pay. I got up from the chair and left the office and filed a complaint with my Insurance company. Don't go there!

I had a disappointing experience with this dental practice. Despite paying for and attending regular preventative care appointments every six months for a year, they failed to complete their work before pressuring me. Instead of preventive care, I now face the need for serious dental work. It’s disheartening to be praised for oral hygiene and then suddenly be told I require a crown. It seems they neglected proper preventative measures, allowing my dental issues to worsen, possibly to push for more invasive and expensive treatments. I’ve lost trust in this place and cannot recommend their services. I give them 0 /5 for lying and saying they completed service. I didn’t get a proper cleaning or inspection yet they charged me 100% for that. Place had a fungus mold issue smelled like feet. Unhygienic.

Stay away from this particular " business woman" rather than a dentist. I went for a second opinion for my jaw pain and she told me I have many tooth decays and severe gingivitis and that I'm not implant candidate. I went to 3 other dentist and everything she told me was WRONG. I grind at night and was fitted for a night retainer. That's all. All the other dentists told me I have no gingivitis and no decays. I am also an implant candidate which I'm being worked on. She said that because Dr Rupert DOESNT do implants. What's nightmare!!!!!

Dr. Rupert is great! So is the staff. And this office has far better equipment and procedures than my previous dentist.

An outstanding dentist practice, the friendly front office staff included. Dr Ruppert-Majer is a wonderful caring professional delivering the highest standards of care. She brings a calm attentive patient-centered manner to her interactions; a great reassurance during stressful dental procedures. There is a genuine care for patient comfort, and communication is clear without condescension. Very highly recommended!
