Metro Dermatology - Flushing

My daughter was a patient here’s I had a very frustrating experience with this management worker few months ago. I believe her name was Han? Her lack of professionalism made the interaction difficult from the start. There was a major communication barrier, as I could not clearly understand what she was saying, which made it impossible to resolve my issue. I asked multiple times to speak with someone higher or more qualified, but the assistants kept redirecting me back to her. Unfortunately, there was no effective communication at any point, and my concerns were never properly addressed. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. But the staff and front desk and provider were amazing.

Dr. Lee is very kind and explained everything about my surgery in detail, which made me feel really comfortable. All the staff are caring, friendly, and professional. The receptionists are also super nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience at the clinic

Dr. Hu is a true professional and always explains everything and treats us with respect. We truly think the world of her. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. We love the whole ancillary staff. Exam rooms are a little tiny , our only complaint.

Yu Jin Kim Is amazing, caring and knows what she is doing. The staff is always friendly. The office is always clean and moves quickly.

All of the front desk staff, nurses and doctor were very friendly, gave ample time when examining, and thorough explanations to all my questions. I was very satisfied with their "human" approach!

Everyone was very nice and I didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very nice. I like how she explaines what's going on and writes it down on paper your diagnosis so you can Google the issue. Thank you all.
