Metro Dentalcare Eden Prairie

I had such a wonderful experience at my dental appointment today! From start to finish, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly gentle. Lesley at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and comfortable. Dr. Nina replaced my crowns with such care and patience. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Donna was also amazing — calm, attentive, and very supportive throughout the visit. They truly made what could have been a stressful appointment feel peaceful and positive. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend this office!

Kelly was awesome while doing my hygiene care. She is very gentle and diligent about her work. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful scheduling appointments and also helping me with additional care coverage. Highly recommend!

The staff is very nice and helpful and informative. They work well as a team from front desk to the Dr. I felt NO pain!! Going to the dentist makes me anxious from past experience, however I have had a great experience at Metro Dental in Eden Prairie. I’ve shared my experience with friends and family and colleagues. Dr Huyhn and Donna did a great job with my temporary crown and when I came to visit them with tooth pain. I got a referral from Dr Huyhn and got the root canal I needed. Both dentists at this location are amazing and so are all of the dental assistants. I've gotten great service here over the years.

I wasn't thrilled with my latest visit. They had to cancel my appointment and the earliest they could get me in was April. Luckily I was put on a list for cancelations and was able to get in within a couple of weeks. However I wasn't told I'd be seeing an entirety different doctor and hygienist. My hygienist was very new. She struggled to get the X-Ray to work properly. She was very rough and lacked bedside manner. It's unfortunate to see service slip like this.

Like many other people I do not enjoy going to the dentist, however my cleanings have been very tolerable and unlike any other I’ve had before. They do a great job.
