McKay-Dee Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

Let me be clear that I really liked Dr Triplett and her nurse. However first impressions from staff was not good. It was busy at the desk and when I got up there the girl checking me in said I see you owe$27.38 to the hospital you want to pay that now. For one everyone heard it so I was humiliated for 2 the bill wasn't for that office so none of their business. I am covered 100% between Medicare and Medicaid but once again McKay hospital can't get it right so I will spend a half hour on the phone like every month to fix it. Humiliation feels like a payback for their mistake. So bad idea McKay to have an office collect that's not for them and your fault! Your billing system and collection practice is cruel and illegal.

Dr. Rinard is the best! He's super friendly and really listens to you. Dr. Rinard performed a scar revision surgery after a bilateral mastectomy left me embarrassingly disfigured. I’m so so happy with the results! Basically, he’s a great doctor.

Dr.Rinerd and his staff were very thorough and friendly. They never made you feel rushed and answered all your questions. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far.
