Great place for a safe, clean, shopping experience. If you miss the good old, quaint grocery stores like HEB. Or if you're looking for a Whole Foods type of grocery store, this is as close as it gets in the 50 mile radius. Large lunch and eat-in section. Great quality food. Great selection of typical items, as well as "hard to find" products. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. And a Starbucks, for your PSL needs. The only reason it doesn't get higher than 4 stars is cost. Food items are consistently higher than Walmart, Sams, Aldi's, etc. This leaves a very clear choice is you're watching your bank account (like most of us are nowadays). But if you want a "better grocery shopping"experience, you won't go wrong coming here. Overall, my impression is very positive and I will gladly come back for a safer, less stressful grocery shopping experience.
The ladies who deliver are absolutely amazing, the other staff up at the actual pharmacy there not the nicest, it’s just the act they hate their jobs and just go through the motions. They’re not mean at all it’s just not pleasant. Additionally, I pick this pharmacy due to having autoimmune issues so I at times I need my medication in the middle of the night if I have a flareup and I don’t have any anymore and either I have to call the emergency line to my doctor or go to an urgent care. Well come to find out if they don’t have anyone or enough people to work the pharmacy, they just close it down for the evening , which I understand why but I wish there was something that said that either taped up to the pharmacy windows, or they would send a message out to everyone to let us know., so we’re aware, and then I would it’s not a surprise so that was a little frustrating especially because tonight I am in a lot of pain and my medication is up there and it’s ready and now I cannot go get it, bc they shut down for the evening due to lack of employees.
Love this place in every way! Yes they’re a little pricey, they’re super friendly, their meat and produce is top notch! I use the pharmacy for all my meds and shots! And I love that my groceries are carried out to my car and the cart brought back by them. Great stores to shop!
I like to grocery shopping here for they have good quality food. Only complaint is before you fire a special needs worker be sure yall have done everything possible to work with that worker especially if they have been there for years working. I have had some grocery baggers walk my grocery out and tell me thier political opinions. Do better with working with your workers who you know are special needs.
This is directed at the Deli Department. The person who took my catering order had written down different information on the order sheet than what they verbally confirmed multiple times to me over the phone. Because of that, I almost had to cancel an event I was hosting because the food was not ready to he served until 2 hours after it was already meant to be served. The management team across the store is ignoring me and the Concierge who took my order is also ignoring me. No accountability whatsoever with this Market Street. Corporate referred me back to the store as they should be the ones to handle the situation. Crickets.
I first off want to start by sincerely appreciating them being the only 24 hour grocery store in Wichita Falls. It is nice for those of us who work nights! The store is always clean no matter the time of day, and the staff are knowledgeable about the store and where to find certain items, especially when they’re not where you’d think they’d be. Only thing for me keeping them from getting 5 stars is lately they’ve cut back on the variety they used to have on some items. They traded smaller amounts of a larger variety, for larger amounts of smaller variety. I can respect that on a business standpoint, but as a small percentage of consumers who liked the other products, it sucks lol.
This store has the best produce and wide variety of apples, oranges and other types fresh fruits. The meat department has the best quality of meat. If you can't find what you want there is a butcher available to get whatever you need. They also have a butcher who can cook any of the seafood you purchased. It is so nice to have your shrimp cooked for you, served hot and ready to eat.
