I absolutely LOVED my experience at Mane Aura! ✨ Biridiana truly worked her magic. From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. She walked me through every step of the process, making sure we were always on the same page, which I really appreciated. My favorite part was how thoughtful and accommodating she was — she even booked me at an earlier time to make sure I could get where I needed to be without feeling rushed. She told me, "your hair is my boss," and genuinely meant it. She took her time, prioritized the health and quality of my hair, and went above and beyond just to help me out. Her customer service was absolutely impeccable. I rarely get my hair done, so this was a big change for me, but I’m beyond happy that I trusted her with my hair. I’ve received so many compliments already, and I can’t help but hype her up! I would recommend Biridiana to anyone and will definitely be coming back. I had an amazing experience with Biridiana. It was my first time dyeing my hair, and I was very nervous about damaging it, but she truly knows what she’s doing. From the very beginning, she took the time to walk me through every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. During the consultation, she also gave me great advice about my hair, especially after a bad haircut experience I had with another stylist that left my hair looking nothing like what I wanted. Biridiana genuinely cares about her clients and will do everything she can to make sure you’re happy with the results. I went to Kaela (@styledbykaelaa on TikTok). She was kind and professional, and I want to be fair about that. During the consultation, I clearly explained my concerns with fine hair and shared what has worked best for me in the past, especially avoiding top layers and keeping longer, lower layers for dimension and fullness. While I communicated this, I felt my concerns were often met with more textbook explanations of what’s "best for fine hair," rather than tailoring the cut to my specific hair. In the salon, with the lighting and after the blow-dry and styling, everything looked fine, and she did check in and ask if I was okay along the way, so I trusted her judgment. However, once I got home and washed and styled my hair myself, it looked much flatter, lacked dimension, and was noticeably uneven between the left and right sides, and very stringy on the bottom as shown in the photos. I communicated this with her over text afterward, and she was kind and apologized. Due to salon policy, she couldn’t offer a full refund but did offer to refund my tip and deposit. Overall, it felt like a mismatch in technique and personalization, which is important for anyone particular about layers and dimension.

Julia is very talented, she did an amazing transformation on Colby's very thick and curly hair. She added a Beautiful highlight color, perfect cut and soft blow out. Wow, what a difference a good stylist is to make one feel Beautiful 💕

Hands down the best hairdresser I’ve been to! After moving from Southern California to Northern California, I was nervous about finding a new hairdresser but she exceeded all my expectations. Her energy and her work are absolutely beautiful. I love that she offers consultations so she can truly see your hair, listen to what you want, and make your dream hair come to life. She is so sweet, talented, and incredibly detail oriented. She even allows you to come in earlier so she can truly take her time with your hair, and she always uses the best hair products. She makes sure you’re comfortable and happy with the results every step of the way. I went from black box dye back to light, and she made it happen while keeping my hair healthy as ever. Ever since coming to her, my hair has grown so much and stays healthy. My hair comes out perfect every single time. Her signature haircut is the best haircut I’ve ever had. She’s genuine, has such a warm heart, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
