LARGE & RELIABLE! I grew up with this Macy's! It's always come in handy, especially when I need nice sweaters or men's clothes. I've bought shoes at this location which were of great quality. Take Macy's with a grain of salt as it can be pricey and some items are overpriced. This isn't to say the store doesn't have good deals, just be cautious. Service is pretty good every time my family and I walk-in. We came in during Black Friday and it was packed, however I never felt cramped as the store is big and includes a second story. The main event of the store is hands down the perfume/cologne & make-up kiosks. The salespeople are true experts and have a way with captivating people. All our questions were answered and everyone was professional. Macy's has neat little gift sets no matter the time of year so it's easy to go crazy in here!

I returned my mom's shoes at this Macys that I purchased online. When I gave the young lady my shoes she scanned the box and says the numbers are not matching the order then I showed her my online purchase and says oh. Scans and says how would you like your return Venmo or PayPal. I said can I please get it as a gift card and says ok. Then goes to say I will only return you 25 dollars with 25 cents. I said ok why is that if my online return says I would get back 35.35??? She then goes to say since you used 10 macys rewards we only will give you back 25. I knew for sure I didn't used them when I purchase my item she said it shows on our end you did. Ok please make that make sense so l went back show them my purchase stated I purchased it with my card and no rewards were used. I still not get all my refund back. Honestly if that was the case should had been told that ahead of time in my email instead of making me look stupid! I was upset so I called customer service and actually took care of it. She was more helpful than these other young ladies there and she was able to solve my issue. In the future if you can please be more understanding and helpful instead of trying to shut it off as they know everything.

Shopping experience was fine I bought cloths worth 600$ I never thought their after sales service is this bad I went to return a pair of pants which I bought and they just didn’t accepted even the managers way of talking was bad and rude They weren’t even respecting me even I bought clothes for $600 and the manager Stephanie kept me waiting for an hour and a half just to say no. I definitely recommend not buying any clothes from here. If you are in a state of thinking that you can return them there is no way you can return them.

This store is clean, well organized, and pleasant to shop in. While it doesn’t offer as many cocktail dress options as the location at Victoria Gardens, they often have great sales, which is a plus. The jewelry section is limited in selection, but overall, it’s a nice store for what it offers, and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

This Macy's was very clean and staff was very professional. Lots of good discounted deals. We were able to score on some Crocs slippers for $35 normally $65. All in all, it was a great experience.

Have not been into Macy's in a long long time something like 10 years at least. I usually like Macy's and nothing really seems to have changed much except that I was totally disappointed because the prices are sky High! Eyelash curler cost $25 to $30 when you go right across the hall to JCPenney's it's half that. And if you go to another discount store such as daiso, it's around $3 for similar quality. Now I know why Macy's is in trouble. The prices are out of touch with the average consumer I predict by the time I think to go back they'll be out of business, very sad 😢

Roz at the Lancome counter is very helpful. Great customer service! Knowledgeable and patient with customers. She made choosing what i need for my skin care very easy. Thanks Roz.
