Katherine is amazing! Since moving back to Eugene I struggled trying to find someone who could give me a decent haircut. I tried several high-end salons, but I was never happy with the outcome. Thank God I found Katherine. She is absolutely the best hairdresser I have ever had in my entire life. Rather than calling her a hairdresser I would refer to her as an artist. I’m new to Eugene, and — lucky me! — was referred to the wonderful Katherine Palmer! She is, quite honestly, The Best of the Best. Look up Pro in the dictionary, and there’s her picture. As they say, she’s got the vision and The Chops (haha) to make you look and feel Tip-Top. She is whip-smart, warm, interesting and fun. Sooo talented! ❤️

Katherine listened to what I was hoping to change with the haircut and created a playful, easy-care cut that is just what I wanted (but could not have pictured myself)! She also made expert, useful recommendations about how to consume beauty products like shampoo and soap without throw-away packaging. I recommend this business highly!

Katherine did my hair and I love it! She fixed some problems that I was having from visiting a popular local location. She had some good ideas, understood what I wanted and did it quickly. Awesome root coverage. I spent a lot less time sitting around and ended up with the best style. Products are really good, too! Worthy of a purchase.

Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. And Francis is my new favorite hair stylist, she flat out rocks! I always get so many wonderful comments on my hair, people are always asking who does my hair.

If I could rate Holly higher than 5 stars I would! She’s extremely talented and professional, a joy to spend time with and the ONLY person I trust with my hair. Over three years ago I scheduled my first appointment with Holly. I had extremely damaged hair and was looking to dye my hair from brown to light blonde. Holly worked her magic - giving me a sassy haircut and beautiful blonde color while maintaining the integrity of my hair. Fast forward a couple years to an idiotic moment where I thought I’d skip the salon and freshen up my color on my own...just days before my first day at a new job! The dye dyed my hair yellow with green/blue highlights?!? I texted Holly in a PANIC and sent her pictures of the monstrosity. She responded within minutes, calmed me down and changed around her schedule to fix my hair the very next day. Truly an angel! She fixed me up with a gorgeous blonde color and saved the day. She’s simply the best. 💁🏼‍♀️
