I can’t say enough great things about the Livonia Dental Team, especially Dr. Majid and Evon. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Majid is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. Evon is equally amazing—warm, attentive, and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her positive energy and attention to detail make a huge difference, especially if you’re someone who feels anxious about dental appointments. Together, they make an outstanding team. Caring and compassionate staff. My parents have been patients for at least 35 years. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. They always have the patient first and foremost in the mind with any treatment plan. We will miss Dr.Mikula very much, but we are also elated for him with his impending retirement. He has left us in great hands.

I’ve been a patient at Mikula Dental for many years, and every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make sure I’m all set with any future appointments. On my most recent visit, Ivanka cleaned my teeth and it was truly a 10/10 experience. She was warm, upbeat, and so funny that it was hard to keep my mouth open because I kept laughing! Despite the laughs, she was incredibly efficient and thorough, making sure not to cut any corners. We even had extra time to do a complimentary digital scan of my mouth, which was a big step for me as I’m considering Invisalign. This advanced technology saves me from the old-style molds, which is such a relief. I also want to recognize Dr. Jim Mikula, who has been caring for me and my family for decades. He and his family have treated my parents, grandparents, and me since I was a child. He’s always provided exceptional care and has truly set the standard for patient-centered dentistry. While I’ll be sad to see him retire at the end of the year, I wish him the very best. Mikula Dental continues to impress me with its friendly staff, cutting-edge technology, and genuine care. I’m grateful for the bright, healthy smile they’ve helped me maintain and will continue trusting them with my dental care for years to come.

I had my cleaning done by Ivon, first time ever I had neck and head massage and oral exam. She is awesome. Dr. Majid did my exam and he was very professional. Thank you for joining our team. Looking forward to seeing you soon 😀

My fiancée has been going to this office for over 6 years, and he just went in for a cleaning this past week where we learned their standards have clearly changed. The dental hygienist he had before has left the practice, and the new one is not so gentle, and left him in pain for several days. They also scheduled him an appointment with a "Premier Doctor" which his insurance only partially covers, and waited until after his appointment to say that on Friday's they have a doctor that is fully covered. This is very disappointing service after years of being a patient at this office 🙁 The two stars is only because, despite the hygienist bruising his gums, she was very kind.

Very professional and kind staff. Dr.Mikula is an exceptional dentist. He's very gentle and really listens to his patience. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.
