Bought noodles 1/24/26 and my sister messaged me cause her noodles had mold on them. I checked mine and they also had black mold spots on them and then white fuzzy spots. She also purchased different types of noodles. So I don't think their food is being rotated or checked. I also noticed the bag doesn't have an expiration date or date when it was made. Definitely check your items before you buy. Also had water or some liquid drip from the ceiling on to me. The store could use some help.
Festive place to get all sorts of good stuff! These kreamo banana cookies kick butt!! I got a bamboo plant for 60 cents and had a great sandwich across the street at Lee's sandwiches the BBQ lemongrass sandwich is amazing
Lee Lee International Supermarket is a fantastic place to find a wide variety of Asian and European foods. Since we’ve lived in Japan and Europe for work, it’s wonderful to have access to many of the products we enjoyed overseas. The store is huge, with an impressive selection, and the prices are reasonable. The checkout staff may not always seem especially friendly, but they handle transactions efficiently. We’ve been shopping here for many years and would definitely recommend Lee Lee to others.
This is the best international market i have ever been to and I have lived all over the country. If you want authentic ethnic ingredients and prede foods, this is the place for you. It doesn't matter what cuisine you prefer..it is likely here. Bonus, the beer selection is pretty interesting if you are so inclined.
This is a huge international market in which food is largely organized by country (canned or shelf stable), although frozen foods and produce are not. There are bulk bags of several kinds of rice, sometimes the largest avocados you have ever seen, all the curries and flavorings, sauces, and herbs most needed most dishes. I would say Asian foods are favored, but there are European aisles as well. There is a meat counter, lots of cooking and serving dishes, especially for Asian cooking. There is also a pastry counter, and they sell random things like money trees and a little shop for I think things like jewelry etc- honestly that part didn’t interest me so I am blind to it. Most of the stockers do not have good enough English skills to help you, and food items occasionally shift aisles (not most things but some), so I advise having a picture of what you want, and maybe a Vietnamese translation. Otherwise, help finding things may be limited. Some of the shoppers might be more help… We mostly shop for Thai items like curry pastes and powders, coconut milk, fish sauce, oyster sauce, refrigerated noodles, pad thai sauce, lemongrass, lime leaves (last aisle in freezer), fresh mint, basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, shredded green papaya, long beans, limes, cucumbers, chilies, tamarind paste, lime juice etc, so I can’t speak to everything, but I would think most Asian cultures for sure would be satisfied here, including Indians. I know Hawaiians that shop here as well. Prices are very reasonable. Don’t buy your sauces at regular groceries! The prices in regular grocery stores for Asian foods are outrageous.
I go to get Caribbean seasonings and food as well as European. I love that i can get food, beverages and season from different cultures and countries. Its not cheap but nothing crazy and the smell is a bit off putting
There aren't many European products, but there is still a selection. A wonderful selection of hearts and tongues. There is classic Ukrainian kvass!
