I had a great experience at this dental office and can’t recommend them enough. I came in feeling overwhelmed due to my dental anxiety, but the entire staff was incredibly kind and made the experience much easier for me. Hayden did an excellent job explaining my insurance benefits and guiding me through the process in a clear, patient, and reassuring way. Dr. Hasan was also wonderful. She was very kind, professional, and attentive. She helped me feel comfortable throughout my entire dental procedure. Overall, it was a truly positive experience.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! The front desk staff m, especially Martha was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain how my insurance would cover my treatment, was very courteous, and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. She made scheduling easy by finding appointments that worked with my availability. The office itself is clean and welcoming. My Dentist Shubnam was super helpful and the communication was excellent. I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work. Truly a standout dental office.

I am humbled with the whole experience! I have traveled far in search of dental consultation and have been promised a lot BUT when it comes to execution of procedures it’s a different story. I always pay my fee regardless of whether I am satisfied or unhappy. Dr. Ruppert-Majer DDS and Professional Dental Team have accomplished in 2 scheduled visits (2 hours and 1 hour - give a few minutes more) what took me about 30 years of searching. I live in remote USA and have had to travel over 2,000 to 5,000 miles looking but finally found this tiny clinic to finally be served what is expected. It deserves an award for client satisfaction of the year.

I usually hate the dentist but I cannot recommend this office enough. I was greeted by the front staff and was immediately taken back for x-rays. Dr. Hasan was my Dentist and it was my first time meeting her. She was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly for me. Luckily, I only had one cavity and needed a cleaning. I was then greeted by another staff member, Hayden, who explained to me by insurance benefits and different co-pays I had for each service. Insurance can be SO confusing sometimes so I’m glad they had a specialist come in and answer the questions I had! My sensitivity from the cavity is gone and I have never had a better cleaning.

I had a concerning experience here with Dr. Ruppert-Majer that I feel others should know about. I went in for a standard cleaning and was told I had a cavity, a cracked tooth, and extreme wear from grinding. They immediately presented me with a treatment plan totaling thousands of dollars for a crown, night guard, and special rinses. I sought a second opinion at a different local dentist two months later. The new dentist confirmed I have zero cavities, no cracked tooth (it was a natural divot), and no signs of grinding. Furthermore, the cleaning I received here was so rushed (<10 mins) that the new dentist found plaque remaining below the gumline. I am relieved I didn't pay for the unnecessary procedures, but I am deeply disappointed in the lack of ethics and quality of care. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to major work here. They were prepared to crown a perfectly good tooth.

I can’t say enough about this office. The front desk is kind friendly and helpful. The hygienist did the most though job and provided the best service I’ve ever had and was so friendly. Dr Taherian is FANTASTIC, she’s so kind, honest, makes you feel so comfortable and I always leave feeling better than when I come in. Thank you all for all you do !!!

Worst experience ever here. Paid nearly $5k out of pocket for a bridge, only to be hit with a $1400 bill A YEAR LATER. Was told that they attempted to reach out to me for over a year to get Xrays for an insurance claim, when that was a lie. Will send proof if asked. Worst experience ever. DO NOT COME TO THEM IF LOOKING FOR GOOD CARE. Staff is HORRENDOUS to deal with and you'll have to call back for days to speak with the "manager" who took over two weeks ago. Wonder why they are failing? Probably new management and the current staff that should have been cut. No customer service skills whatsoever. Tricia needs to be fired. Worst experience ever and everyone should avoid this place entirely.
