This store was great when it first opened. Now, its really quite bad. The lines are always riduculously long. The shelves are not stocked properly, and not all, but most of the cashiers are unhappy. Please upper management, can you do something to bring this store back to it's original glory? I think the workers would be happier if the store staff were brought up to a reasonable number of workers. Also, if there were someone designated to do just organization, that would be a plus. Thank you. I will check back in a couple months to see if there's an improvement. Until then, I will shop at the Coolidge, north of 13 mile location.

Posted a picture taken October 2025, when I found in this Kroger (at manager specials) some Pizzas "Best By January 2025" ! They were not there the week before ("Last Chance" at the end of the frozen isle). Don't get me wrong, I love manager specials, but could you put them on sale a little bit sooner ? Not sure if it is admiration that I feel for this manager who has still not given up on selling them, 10 months after "Best By" date...

This Kroger used to be my favorite. Friendly employees, reliable pick up. Now, my pick up orders are constantly canceled or pushed back, employees are rude. I try to avoid going into store to avoid exposure to germs as I can’t get sick and delivery fees are ridiculous. I hope the store returns to its original glory soon 🙁

This store was very nice when it opened, but has steadily declined. Produce is hit or miss and they are consistently out of products. My team and I do meal-prep for senior citizens and have shopped at Kroger for years. Now that they are removing the meat counters from stores there is no reason to continue trying to shop there. Don’t like to pass on higher grocery prices to our clients but will have to start using Whole Foods or plum market to ensure we can get all of the items needed each time we shop.

This store is a big mess. Dirty unorganized. Always check for mold on fruits here. Never stocked on sale items. They make an announcement that their closing 1hour before and every five minutes after and make you uncomfortable when you still have 45 minutes to shop. My cashier today and the security at door was pretty nice most here are rude.

I went in and asked the cashier for a cash advance. To my surprise he didn't know cash back and a cash advance was the same thing. Next he directed me to the service desk which was closed. Of course I knew that already which is why I went to him in the first place. Next he told me I had to make a purchase to get cash back. I know that's false because I do them all time time. That's the reason why the store charges $.75 for them. So I ended up just buying a bag of chips at the self checkout which is probably what I should have done in the first place to avoid a poorly trained passive employee that didn't feel like servicing me. You have to make sure the staff is trained on the products and services you offer and if they are not they should at least know where to get help.

I really hope someone in upper management sees this review, I cant believe how this store is being ran after it was re-located not long ago! Some employees at this location needs to be looked into by corporate thier is some very serious behavioral issues towards customers that is very unacceptable! Most of the time i come in i can bately get a straight answer to why thd service desk isnt open or actual business time, it seems they just open stuff when they feel like it and the customer service manager by the name of Charmaine doesnt seem to care. I will be callung corporate im fed up wirh the way this store is ran in the community. Corporate need to make some changes an get rid of the bad actors, it seems if they been thier a ehile they think its ok to be rude & treat people wrong without any repercussions! It makes shopping here a bad experience an for those that dont care about the community where store is located, if they dont live in it then this is a much bigger problem. They are making it appear to be ran down and are lackibg in service & care. Without customers you have no job, this is why corporate needs to do something asap abd stop trying to operate wirh short staff etc!
