UPDATE: The owner called to thank me for "ratting her out". We argued for about 10 minutes until she hung up on me. So rude and so unprofessional. But after reading all of the reviews, I see this is a pattern for her. 🥴 I’ve ONLY left 2 negative reviews... including this one…in 10 years and COUNTLESS great ones.🤷🏻‍♀️ This place deserves 0 stars. -The couples pedicure for Valentine’s Day seemed like a really cute idea! Not only does the pedicure look awful, but my toes hurt so bad to even wear socks now. A couple nails were cut so short that they were cut below the quick. The nail file was used, not just on my nails, but the skin around my nails, as you can see in the pictures. Worst part is the owner is who provided my services! Upper back function on massage chair didn’t work either. The button was missing, and although my husband asked about this (thinking maybe I could get a diff chair as massage chair is the best part really) the owner relied, "oh our chairs aren’t fancy". The button was literally missing lol. We paid. Pretended to be happy and left a tip. But PLEASE be cautious of getting services done here. Not worth it!

I had a basique package. It was absolutely fabulous!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful! They treated me like a Queen! I felt like I was in a big city instead of Youngstown, OH!

I’ve been to this spa on multiple occasions for massages, a facial, a pedicure, and a waxing. It’s very clean, comfortable, and relaxing! The staff are very kind and professional and I always enjoy my time here. Thank you for always providing a top notch experience!

We spent our work Christmas get-together here for a spa day, and it was truly amazing. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The massage, facial, and head spa were incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Had the Head Spa on Thursday and WOW what a great experience. This unique service was preformed by Robin and was very relaxing. My scalp was rejuvenated and my hair was very full of life afterwards. Highly recommend

My friends and I have been coming here for several years. Owner is so nice and welcoming. Enjoyed a mimosa in her thoughtfully decorated lobby, while we waited for our service. My nail technician did a great job on my pedicure. I could have sat in the massage chairs all day long. Look forward to my next service.

Spa pedicures. Enjoyed the complimentary mimosas. The ladies that did our feet were very kind. There was a little accident with the worker who did my pedicure. But it wasn't bad to the point that I wouldn't go back. I felt safe going to this location because they were taking all the covid precautions.
