The Garden of Zen Yoga Studio is all decked out for the holidays!! 🎄🧸♥️ This is a beautiful family-owned studio with amazing instructors & staff. The studio offers yoga classes, personal training, yoga teacher training, and workshops. You will also want to visit the studio boutique which has a lovely assortment of unique gifts, hand-made items, and herbal products!

Becky & Francis are the loveliest yoga Instructors!!! They are very experienced. & pros at their craft!!! The receptionist Rihanna is adorable & very welcoming.

Great local studio with excellent, caring instructors. My mom has been a member for over a decade, and I enjoy practicing with her anytime I’m home. I’m also an instructor, and I love that I can trust Yorktown Yoga and Wellness to take great care of her.

As a beginner, I felt a little intimidated by the idea of going to a studio. However, all the instructors and staff have been extremely helpful and supportive! Glad I've discovered this place!
