I’ve been coming to this place for a long time and it used to be great. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly. I went in today for a 90-minute massage, and the therapist whom I’ve had once before was constantly distracted by her phone during the session. She was using only one hand to massage while scrolling on her phone with the other. At one point, I even had to steady my leg from slipping off the table because of the uneven pressure. That’s simply not how customers should be treated. I still tipped her generously, (I always tip ($25–$30 for a 90-minute massage), but this experience was unacceptable. The prices here are still reasonable, but if the management doesn’t address this drop in quality, the good reputation this place once had will continue to decline. Sadly, this was my second disappointing visit, and I may not return.

I’ve done an hour long foot massage here before and thought it was really good. So I came back for a 90 min massage, but it was below average. It left a lot to be desired. There was way too much dry rubbing that didn’t do anything for me. The pressure was so light it felt like rubbing lotion on dry legs. Nothing memorable that would make me want to come back. I usually go to another massage spot a few blocks down, but they were already booked for the night. Sigh. Should’ve just waited.😑

Went in for a deep tissue 1 hour massage, i think the lady i had was koku. Massage was phenomenal, they really take their time and listen and attend to your concerns. Will be going back

Honestly the massage was incredible. I did the hour deep tissue massage and it was worth every minute. The masseuse took her time and worked out knots I had in my back. I’m currently injured and a lot of my physical therapy has been spent strengthening my back so to walk out of there today and feel loose and ready to go for a run was like a breath of fresh air. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about payment and tipping and it did make me nervous to come. However, this is my second time coming here and everyone is very nice and I have no complaints. I come with my tip ready and like I said I do the hour massage and tip $20. The $20 is extremely deserved because massaging someone for an hour isn’t easy work by any means at all. Not only was the massage great, but it was great because it was intentional. The masseuse would notice knots or tightness and took her time to work them out. So on top of the level of difficultly giving a massage is for it to be this intentional and consistent the entire time…5 stars and I’ll be back!

Despite seeing the previous reviews I had such a wonderful experience. My parents have been coming here and raving about this place for years and I decided to finally give it a try. This was my second time coming, and upon my arrival I was about 5 minutes late. It was very sweet for them to take in my partner and I despite the tardy. There was a small language barrier, but we were able to get through it patiently and quickly. We paid prior to the massage which quite honestly is no problem. We did about an hour and the massage was so lovely. I left feeling less tense and refreshed. Honestly, leaving no tip after such a refreshing experience like that should be a crime lol. I would recommend and I will be coming back! I can see why my parents always do.
