The massage was exactly what I needed. The therapist was attentive and used a good mix of firm and gentle strokes. The setting was peaceful and inviting.

07/03: 8:30-9:30 PM. I received a below average hour long massage for $73. I paid with card ahead of time. I told her I would give cash tip post massage. After the massage, being underwhelmed, I left an 18% tip in cash. She appeared bewildered, and said that the tip was insufficient. When I countered to ask what tip she would deem adequate, she said $30-$40! She wanted a 40%-55% tip on a massage that was so bad for the price that I wasn’t going to come back even BEFORE the interaction. I definitely won’t be coming back and would urge everyone to read the negative reviews. They are accurate of how you will be treated here.

I walked out feeling refreshed, calm, and so much lighter — just what I had been looking for. The sense of relaxation stayed with me for days afterward.

TERRIBLE. 8/8/2023 ~5:40PM Many of the problems in this encounter extend from a language barrier but some of this was outright unprofessional. This spa popped up while searching for a Thai massage place and I booked online and even received a confirmation text message for a 90 minute massage at 6PM. I showed up early. The person working showed me to the room and immediately told me I could not do 90 minutes. They had no idea what the reservation was when I showed them the text. So I accepted a 60 minute massage she was offering. Then she demanded that I pay up front. I asked about using a card and the person rolled her eyes at me after saying they take cards. She brought me the receipt and I added a 20 percent tip to the charge for the 60 minute massage I hadn't yet received. Then she burst back into the massage room without knocking while I was undressing, like pants off, and was visibly mad and confrontational with me and told me I was supposed to tip in cash. Nowhere was this ever posted or communicated. I said I have $15 cash in my wallet and gave it to her and she stormed off. I asked how I was supposed to know these things? No response. I would have even left to get cash for the full cost in the moment if she had simply asked. The face hole on the massage table was covered up and was not clearly visible. I have been to places without them so I laid down on the table. She then scolded me for laying the wrong direction. What proceeded was the most mediocre massage I have ever had. I never once got asked if there was anything I wanted in particular worked on. She spent almost the entire hour working on the middle of my back and my calves. Nothing else. She did not acknowledge anything I said including a request to go deeper. At the end of the massage, I informed her that I felt bad and that I would go and get cash and that next time I would make sure to bring cash for the entire thing. When I returned with cash she had no clue why I had returned. My traps are still tense and painful which is what I was there to have work done on. The entire interaction was miserable and preventable. Don't go here unless you want more tension than when you walked in.

I asked for 90 minute massage. When she walked in I checked the time. When she was done I thought it went by really quick. I payed & tipped her and walked out. I checked the time, she had only given me 1 hour & 3 minutes exactly. But charged me for an hour and a half. I was so pissed. I wanted to go back in & demand my money back but I knew the chances of her giving me the difference back was slim to none. Stay away from this place unless you want to get ripped off.

I went with my boyfriend for a couple’s massage and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We were pleasantly greeted, temps were taken and hands sanitized immediately upon arrival. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mike massaged me and Wendy massaged my boyfriend. They were so professional, kind and made us feel very comfortable. The massage with the hot stones was AMAZING!!! One of the best full body massages I ever received. So glad we chose to come here. Thank you Mike and Wendy for such a pleasant experience! I’d recommend this place over and over!

I went to so health spa today ,they have just reopened and there are 2 new girls, very nice, mia gave me a very good massage, relaxed my shoulders and back, professional technique. I will definitely be back ！
