True REST Float Spa

Just seemed interesting to me, I felt like it could be good for my body. I had just gotten over being sick the first time, so I now know that the experience wasn’t all that great. Went for my second visit today and it was awesome. Friendly and very accommodating staff. It’s clean and very relaxing. Still amazes me how my body floats

What a fun first-time experience! The girl who works there, Renee, was an absolute pleasure to be around! She walked us through the entire process, gave us a detailed tour, and answered all of our questions. I even asked her to randomly create me a fun music playlist instead of the relaxing music to listen to while floating and she nailed it! I really enjoyed it! The shower was great! Very hot water ( the secret is to barely turn the knob on and that is the hot water )(in the first room anyway). I was nervous about feeling claustrophobic, but it is not like that at all! Definitely recommend it and ask for Renee! I will definitely be back. Very cool!

Extremely peaceful. An amazing experience. You float and it feels as if time stands still. Then you wake up and forget what day it is, better yet what problems were stressing you out. Staff was extremely friendly!!!

Been having back issues lately and needed to relieve some tension. I stopped in for a 1 hour float and it was exactly what I needed. I prefer silence and complete darkness when I float, it helps me relax and decompress. It also helps clear my mind and focus when I have a jiujitsu tournament coming up. Definitely worth trying if you have never done a float before!

Excellent experience! 👏 the staff was very friendly, I feel like I floated easier than at other float spas and they have a powder room to use for an added touch to dry your hair after.

Very calming experience. Brought my friend for his first float. Alex was a fantastic float tech, she walked us through everything - she was very friendly and engaging. It's harder or easier depending on your mindset that day, but I always come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Love it here, thanks Alex!

Zen Heaven, I love floating and was visiting your area and enjoyed Mother's Day Gift x2 Hope one day you open near Asheville, NC. I would have a membership for sure. It is all worth the coming.
