Williamsburg Salt Spa

My boyfriend and I did a couple massage last week and we had a fantastic experience. Crystal and Jodi were both wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. We both left refreshed and happy. I have had a massage with Jodi before and she is a STAR! Always kind and gets all the knots out! The sauna was great as well- best before a massage. I have also tried the salt cave and truly enjoyed it! Front desk staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Just mediocre. It was clean, and the people are pleasant. The spaces are very small, the equipment is residential grade like the sunbeam griddle used to warm the towel (singular) and Target sets of shelves/furniture. The stool in the stall I was in wobbled when I sat on it. No robes, no lockers, no locker rooms, and the space feels cramped. The front desk had two people trying to help customers in a space designed for one adult. Not a smooth system. The therapist was nice enough but for a therapeutic massage she was by her own admission "not the strongest". There are worse places sure, but there are better places too. It's just kind of in the middle.

My husband and I had the most amazing and relaxing experience at Williamsburg Salt Spa! From start to finish, everything was peaceful and rejuvenating. We started with the salt cave, which was incredibly calming and helped us both unwind. The infrared sauna was warm, soothing, and felt like the perfect detox. Then came the float tank—what an incredible, almost otherworldly experience! It was deeply relaxing and gave us both a sense of total weightlessness and calm. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking to truly relax and take care of their mind and body!

This was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last. Had a 60min Swedish massage with Noah and I left feeling so relaxed. Facility is very clean and the staff were friendly. Noah was very kind and professional, checking in with me through out the massage making sure I was comfortable or if any adjustments needed be made. I’m looking forward to trying other services at this spa!

All around AMAZING! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The salt cave is great( yall just need to get the water pressure up on those waterfalls for a top-tier auditor experience in the cave). The sauna was great, and everything was very clean. And last but not least, that massage 🙌🏾👌🏾!!! Perfection!!!

Such a hidden gem in Williamsburg! They have services ranging from massages to float tanks and even facials. Every massage I have received here has been amazing and just what i meeded to relax. The staff is also very welcoming. I will definitely keep coming back and referring all my friends and family here!

I’m definitely a tough critic when it comes to spas and massages I’ll preface with - the salt cave was fairly small compared to others I’ve been to and was pretty warm shockingly (the host offered to turn the air down since she noticed it was a bit warm - which helped). They also make you wear your shoes with like cleaning shoes covers on in the cave - which defeats the purpose of feeling the salt through your socks in my opinion. The massage was pretty good though and I’d definitely return for that service. Overall, a good experience if you’ve never been to a salt cave - but if you have and have higher expectations for your experience you may be disappointed.
