Bought the Black Friday 4 pack deal-I'm hooked. This contrast experience is so energizing. The employees were welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions. The room was welcoming, making it easy to relax. The sauna was amazing 20min (Eucalyptus towel is a must for me) Cold plunge was challenging but 8 min-back to sauna for 15, plunged again for 4 min. My inflamed joints feel so much better. Finished with Vitamin C shower. Highly recommend. I feel great!!

This place is legit! Firstly the staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Any questions we had were answered politely and in detail. This was our first time in so we got a tour of the facility and a rundown of what we could expect while at the facility. Also we were given recommendations on settings for the equipment and recommended time settings for beginners which was very helpful for my wife. The suite we were in was very clean, smelled really good. The music and overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Really had no complaints and I ended up signing up for a membership here.

Really nice place to go relax and detox! Definitely wear your swimsuit in the cold plunge lol It was a fun outing with my husband. Especially enjoyed the infrared sauna. One recommendation would be to add floor mats because the floor could Be slick going from the shower to the cold plunge tub

Couldn't recommend this experience more! The employees help you feel comfortable and prepared for the sauna and cold plunge. The benefits of the sauna and cold plunge are almost indescribable, I felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and motivated! Highly encourage everyone to try it.

Booked an appointment so I could try it out for myself. Called to ask if I should bring any shower supplies or anything. "No! We have everything for you to use." I get there, not knowing I could bring my own water so I got to buy a $4 Fiji water. My fault. They spend 15 minutes explaining everything and show me the "beauty bar." But didn’t mention to show me how to turn on the speakers so I had to text and interrupt my sauna experience to have the girl come in and turn them on. Get out of the sauna and switch to the shower. It was a standard shower and the supplies they provide felt cheap on my hair. I wish I brought my own supplies. Did the plunge. I got in up to my chest. I had goosebumps all over my legs. Not crazy about this step, but I did it. Not crazy for it. I didn’t use the beauty bar. Someone was touring it and you have to ask for a brush apparently. I have a Dyson at home, so I don’t feel obligated to interact with this area. Finished with an intense "pressure sell" to get me to join, which I expected. The hours I was told don’t match online??? I came home and realized I smelled like chlorine, so I had to shower again. Do I feel better? Yes. But would I pay for this experience monthly? No. Would I go again? No, it’s not worth $70 for drop in pricing.

We love coming here. The experience is a 10/10. The staff is so kind, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The suits are sparkling clean and has everything you can think of.

What an awesome cool neat fun Gem 💎 this place is. Why haven't we got this much sooner or at least why haven't I been in sooner. I did all three the sauna, the shower and the cold plunge. Sauna I did almost 30 min i did about 10 minutes of the vitamin shower 🚿 and then I attempted to see how long I can last in the cold plunge I made it 3 min... It was intense but after I got out quickly lol I did more of the vitamin shower to warm back up cleaned up and signed up for my membership. Lol it's pricey but the way I felt afterwards was totally more calm and relaxed than I have felt after a workout and hot shower lol ... Got to listen to my own music meditate as well. The staff was so so friendly helpful nice and amazing they were willing to work with me no matter what to get me to become a member but on my terms and wasn't pushy or anything... Basically happy with my decision and Wichita gotta come check out this awesome unique way to love yourself inside and out. Yes that's a flamingo floating in my water 💦 haha I named him Flemi
