Flint Hills Spas and Pools

Great place. Staff is awesome to work will. Great selection. We got a hot tub from them and always easy to work with and have great prices on chemicals. Highly recommend them!!!

Bret did an excellent job of explaining the hot tub features and options. Delivery to Topeka went without a hitch. Very helpful and informative customer service. We need a platform built to make it sit level as our patio has a slope. It would have been nice to have known this in advance but they have provided the information needed to have one built. Would highly recommend them for your hot tub needs!

Chris from Flint Hills spas did such a great job helping us find the right spa and was very knowledgeable explaining how to care for it and got us a great price!

This was an amazing buying experience. Debi was so very helpful and low pressure!!

Great people to work with, from sales to delivery, and set up. Couldn’t be happier.

We purchased our Jacuzzi in July 2024. The salesman was friendly & knowledgeable. The spa has been working fine & love it so far. Foot massage is great as well as back massage. Maintenance has been easy.

From the moment we walked into the West Wichita Store, our experience was wonderful! Jamil took all the time in the world answering our questions and helped us find the spa and accessories that was right for us. Absolutely no pressure, or gimmicks. Our spa was delivered about a week and a half later - the installation crew was very friendly and most efficient, taking plenty of time to explain everything we needed to know about the care and maintenance and overall operation of our new spa. Flint Hills Spas and Pools definitely has a NEW, LOYAL customer!
