Amazing Massage

We have been going here for over a year and have had a great massage every time. Easy to make an appointment online or on the phone for same day. They are friendly, the rooms are very clean and quiet, and the massages always last the full time.

The massage was good, but I didn't know which massage I was getting. Me and my friend was just brought to the back. I felt very relaxed but upon checkout the massage therapist asked for a 20% tip. My friend wrote her tip and I wrote mines, the therapist then used her phone to translate that we had to at least tip 20%. She looked at mines and said okay then held.my receipt up to my friends and stated she needed to give more. Now as a business owner, tips are optional as it is based on what the customer feels their experience was. Demanding a particular tip amount is not good business and will cause customers not to return. If a 20% tip minimum is required that needs to be communicated prior to starting, something as simple as have it on the website or next to each price on your price list, or even a sign stating that when you walk in. If that doesn't seem feasible to you then just add the 20% to the price. So a $60 massage will now be $72, that way your 20% is covered and your customers are aware of the amount they should pay. I wanted to give more stars but the tipping issue is the reason why. Tips are based on customer experience and what they can afford not on what every other customer typically pays as a tip.

Massage was different but good. The lady was nice. When time to pay I gave a tip but was told that a minimum of 20% was a tip. So I put $0 instead. The lady then told me no, it had to be 20%. There is nothing in writing or on the website saying you have to give a certain or minimum amount of tip. If tips are required or highly suggested then include it in your price. I am visiting town and won't be back but others should know that they will be spending more then they expect no matter the service.

Ruby gave me a most incredible massage! It exceeded my expectation. They don’t mess around when you get there. They take you straight to the massage room, you get undressed and on the table and you get a massage the full time. I would like to know how to get hold of the oil they use on my face because it smells divine. I will be back soon!

Sophie was absolutely incredible. This is a very clean and professional place. Her technique combined very deep tissue massage, whole body stretch, head to toe massage. For two hours $120 with a $30 tip is completely justified. I'm unsure why others complained about tipping. She literally climbed on the table and nearly walked on my back and hips. Definitely returning! Disregard the negative reviews. This was much better than traditional American massage salons. Thanks so much Sophie!!!

Their name says it all! I cannot say enough how AMAZING this place is. I can easily say this was the best massage I've ever had in my life. I came in with tense & sore muscles, headache, and overall fatigue. I left feeling completely renewed and relaxed. I've never had a masseuse be so thorough. I will be coming back again and again. You HAVE to get a massage here!

They are perfectly named- I just did a drop in massage and it was absolutely amazing. One of the best massages I’ve received and will definitely return!
