Won’t go anywhere else I been to a few and none of the other places I been have made my back feel so relax

The staff speak very little English, so they don't listen to you when you tell them anything. The therapist was very rough and I left in more pain than what I came in with. I paid for a full massage and she only did my upper back.

Staff only speaks very little English as the other reviewers mentioned. I went on Sunday evening with my husband and they gestured that the rooms are small so we need to be in separate rooms. A male customer came out of one of the room and I was taken into that room, where it smelt sweaty and like a dirty person.... ugh.... I gestured that it smelt bad and they just sprayed Fabreeze.... they didn’t provide towels to cover myself so I just sat and waited for the masseuse but she came in and told me to take off all my clothing including bra.... The massage itself was ok but after the massage, the Chinese masseuse asked for tip even before I was back dressed and when I gave her 20%, she made a complaining and disappointed gesture. Not pleasant. Overall, my husband and I both had a good massage but quite surprised with the unpleasant experience I had to go through☹️

Excellent experience will be returning weekly.

Just left from there. Came here for the first time. Did 90 minutes. Amazing massage. Had a very stiff back from work and the massage got all the knots. Will come back again.

So I scheduled a massage, came early so that I could get settled. I told the woman behind the counter that I had booked an appointment for 1900. Show her the confirmation email and she tells me that I’m at the wrong place 😂. Umm there’s only one placed named Bloom Jin within this area. Hopefully the next spas employees know where they work 🤷‍♂️

Hands down best massage ever!! Very nice staff as well!!!
