Oshun Body Sculpting , Massage, Stretching

This was the treatment I knew i needed but just been putting it off. What a difference a stretch, tug, and pull makes! Lol. Antoinette was amazing as she worked me over while explaining the importance of stretching our bodies. And she's right! But I already knew that. So now before and after my walks I'll be hearing her soothing voice in my ear reminding me to do my stretching. Schedule some time with her to learn more, you will be better for it! Highly recommend!

Three years ago I was in a car accident that left me with 3 bulging disc’s and 2 herniated disc’s between my neck and back. My lower back has been very stiff and in constant pain since the accident. I was recommended to go visit Antoinette for a professional stretching session. After the session which included deep tissue massage blended with stretching and shock therapy my back felt great. She consulted me throughout the process as far as what she’s doing, what she feels and what I could do at home. I highly recommend her services for anyone with similar injuries or stiffness.
