Burke Williams Day Spa

Always a pleasant experience coming here. Best way to wind down after a long week! The massage is relaxing and zips by too fast! In the women’s facility, I like that they have cold towels ready to use inside the sauna or heated pool. 😮‍💨 I cant wait to be back! It is quite pricy but well worth the occasional treat~ 💆🏻‍♀️🧖🏻‍♀️

I’ve gotta try this place check out their services. Made my spa facial appointment and I’m okay with it but not 💯 satisfied though I like it maybe not enough time. The place inside was so relaxing clean and smells so good. Though not all who works there are friendly seems so uptight just saying. I had my facial spa massage and it’s not what I’m expecting. I’m a regular person who goes to different spa and enjoys facial. I’m half satisfied with the facial massage I had. But in all I like the ambiance and will recommend to everyone. Maybe I’ll try to check the other location instead of Hollywood branch.

I had a fantastic hot stone massage. My masseuse was so kind and professional. She was wonderful and the atmosphere was so soothing. I definitely will be back next time I'm in LA.

I’ve been member for many years. The front desk staff have always been kind, and the estheticians are amazing and make every visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, my last visit completely changed how I feel about this place. When I was checking out, the manager helped me, and the way she spoke to me was dismissive. She acted annoyed, and it was clear she didn’t want to deal with me. That is not how a customer should ever be treated, especially at a spa where people come to relax. I left feeling upset instead of refreshed. If she is having a bad day, that doesn’t mean she has to make other people feel bad

I always have a great experience at Burke Williams, but today’s massage with Kristina was absolutely unbelievable! She is a true gem. I already can’t wait to come back!

Had a very relaxing time here. My massage could have been better, there were times when they would stop for a few seconds to meditate or something. The quiet room is great. The jacuzzi is super hot.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The facilities and amenities are very clean and very nice. My favorite is the quiet lounge! I can relax and mediate (or even take a peaceful nap). I would definitely recommend this place. Its my favorite of all the Burke Williams in LA.
