This place is amazing! It’s very clean, and the employees (Ethan and Michael ) are fabulous, very nice,caring and knowledgeable. my body felt so relaxed. I left with less tension and pain. 10/10 experience. I 100% recommend coming here!

I ran late and booked the wrong location on my first booking however staff was able get it fix and still accommodate me. Staff was super friendly and kind. Helped turned around my hectic day. The sauna room was clean. Love the red/blue light therapy. The private room really allows you to relax.

This has become my sanctuary, my moment of zen and just total relaxation from the world. I’ve noticed my skin feels a lot better, my moods as well! This has been the best choice I’ve made for my health and well being I highly recommend Perspire sauna. The private rooms with large TVs, light settings are just everything. You have to experience it for yourself at least one time.

This place is absolutely transformative. I have a lot of pain from old injuries, and I've tried everything in Western and Eastern medicine to mitigate it. I was offered an intro session, and I was extremely skeptical. But infrared sauna once a week has decreased my pain massively, I'm a true believer now. I felt amazing after just one session, least amount of pain I've been in, in several years. I recommend Perspire to anyone and everyone. Also, it's great for your skin, helps with cramps and bloating, and increases your metabolism for 24 hours. It's truly amazing. And the staff is phenomenal, they are super nice and very accommodating.

First and foremost, the staff at my primary location is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. They also ensure each sauna is cleaned after each use and keep the entire place clean. I’ve never seen a mess. Further, the products they sell are always orderly and "full" looking. I know these are small details, but I see these details on every visit and appreciate them. I really love the IR sauna. No steam, so you don’t have that humid sweat feeling. You feel much more refreshed with an IR sauna over a steam sauna in my opinion. Plus they give you those cool & refreshing towels for when you are done. Those things are amazing. Worth the entire session!
