I’ve never written a negative review in my life. This place was the worst. Came here with my boyfriend for a couples massage and they kept pushing us to purchase extra services to tack on the price. During the entire massage his alarm kept going off and he kept stepping out of the room to take calls and work the front desk which means I didn’t get the full service time we paid for. At the end they demanded us to give them a tip. I gave them 20% (pretty generous for the shitty service we got) and the lady came back with an attitude and told us to give her more! Who does that??? This place is a scam! One of the worst places I’ve been to in my life. Please don’t come here believe the other negative reviews

I tried to book for 5 people this morning. The man who answered seemed able to accommodate us until I told him they were all vouchers. He said they wouldn’t make any money and why would we buy couple massages instead of individual! I told him they were Christmas gifts. He proceeded to not make me an appointment and tell me we couldn’t book on the weekend because he had other customers. I’m not sure why they give an option to buy vouchers if they won’t redeem them. Definitely would not recommend.

This was the worse experience I have ever encountered getting a massage. I will always tip when service providers go above and beyond - during my couples massage, one dude had a stuffy nose and he seemed sick which was not relaxing lol it was annoying and I felt so stressed for my guy. He also would only massage my boyfriend with one hand while he texted people back. The gentleman massaging me had his cell phone ringing and then would also take calls. It’s loud here, you can hear other conversations and wasn’t relaxing either. We bought a massage with hot stones but then they tried to upsell us mid massage for $10 hot stone each and told us we had knots lololol so ofc I was like sure let me pay for something I already was supposed to get. But it was also that moment I was like ok no tip either bc this was so unprofessional from start to finish. We even called to set an appointment and was told they were booked a week out - anyways we played along just to try a new place out. And then above all of this unprofessional behavior, when it was time for pay for this extra $20 because 2 of us were upsold hot stones, he started playing dumb with how much English he knew. I knew he was tryna play us for a tip so much that he started writing down numbers to make sure he was understanding me…which completely blew my mind when he wrote down $30 (cause I was like yo you can have $5 each if you wanna pressure us for a tip so bad but I’m not paying more than $30 total - $20 for the hot stones and the rest are yalls tip) and mind you he wrote these numbers down on a piece of number to confirm he’s only allowed to charge $30 then he said well $1 more for service charge. Anyways he slid my boyfriend debit card and handed us a receipt that said $41. Oh we lost our shit completely mainly because he laughed in our faces and told us it was a $15 tip minimum for a 90 minute massage. We questioned him where it said that. Nowhere. I had to start yelling and raising my voice for him to give me all my money back but $21 (screw the tip atp, I’ll pay for the services and leave). It was embarrassing for all parities involved. No one wants to get played when they get a massage. Old dude tried being passive aggressive by asking us if this was our first time because we didn’t know how to tip… nah dude yall Upsold us on a service that was supposed to come with the package and behaved extremely unprofessional. There were moments when we had ONE HAND massaging us. My guy was massaging my feet with gloves on and answering his phone calls with that same hand. It was weird, wouldn’t go here again. Terrible greedy dirty vibes.

Please listen to other reviews!! My partner and I wanted a massage. So I called in they had availability which was great. When we went in the front desk guy had a bit of a snappy attitude. Not only with me but the clients prior. So we pay and go to the back the massage was ok. I've had my fair share and I'd say this was my least liked one. The girl never asked for pressure wise how I'd like. I told her can I have more pressure. Which she did. But when it came to technique for my experience it was mid. Massage envy has licensed massage therapist and let's just say you can tell the difference. By no means was it horrible it was good but not what I expected. There was also times we're i felt my body was just tossed with no care. Then I feel we left a generous 15% tip. While I went to the bathroom they told my boyfriend more tip. Like as if our experience was phenomenal and it wasn't. Tip is not to be expected you don't do that he ended up leaving a 25% tip for and experience we weren't so pleased with. Never again! Very unhappy about the tipping situation

I purchased from Groupon as a birthday gift to myself and had a 11:00 am appointment. I walked in and was told that his the client before me was a half hr late and that I would have to wait. I said no as I already had my day planned out and it’s no fault of mine the person before me was late. Mind you the individual I spoke to was hard to understand and I just wanted to get out. Now Groupon won’t refund me because the individual is falsely saying I never showed to my appointment. Poor customer service and the fact that they lied is somewhere I wouldn’t do business with give me my refund for services not rendered.

I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop. Booking an appointment through their website was super easy and convenient, which I really appreciated with my busy schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly—I believe the man who helped me was the owner. He was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was excellent. His pressure was firm and consistent, exactly what I needed to release the tension in my shoulders and back. He also checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay, which I really liked. You can tell he’s experienced and truly cares about giving a quality massage. The atmosphere of the shop was clean, calm, and relaxing. Everything from the music to the lighting helped me unwind. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter, both physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a skilled massage therapist with a great attitude. I’ll definitely be going back!

Came in to get cupping with my girlfriend for anniversary. Everything was fine and cupping was solid. But me and my girlfriend get talking about the experience and she says I probably didn’t like it. I didn’t know what she was talking about and she says the therapist and receptionist (older man) was massaging on her butt and thighs. For the record, I didn’t receive none of that, just straight cupping. I went back to talk to him and he was acting like he didn’t know what he did and offered me a massage. What he did was disrespectful, unprofessional, and weird. Don’t come here.
