The Village Spa

I went in to see Ashlee for a sports manicure- a manicure without polish. I needed a pampering treatment for my hands so I added a paraffin dip to my service. Ashlee did a great job shaping my nails, trimming my cuticles and massaging my hands. The spa itself is in a quaint old farmhouse and the inside has such a welcoming feel. I’ll be back for sure!

I found this place after spending so much time and money at three other local salons. *** I love the Village Spa! *** From booking to service the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The interior of the salon is a redesigned gem of a house in Olde West Chester. The layout is thoughtful and functional with updates to each room while maintaining its charm. There is attached parking right next to the door. My appointment was with Grace. She looks young but is wise and knowledgeable beyond her years!! She listened to everything I asked for and the results of the color, highlights and cut were amazing! I booked another appointment with her a couple of months ago and the results were better than the first. She is amazing! You can tell the quality of a good hair salon visit by how it lasts and grows out. So many of the times I left a highly rated (and pricey) salon in Mason and West Chester with a decent color and cut only to have that style grow out badly and the color fade within a couple of weeks. That did not happen at the Village Spa. Grace’s talent with color is outstanding. Her cuts are still stylable and maintain shape, while the color holds for weeks and weeks. Grace is smart, kind, and talented. I can’t wait until my next appointment! I asked my hubby for a gift card so I can get a mani/pedi for Christmas.

I had a great first experience at The Village Spa. The front desk staff were welcoming, transaction was seamless, and most importantly my deep tissue massage with JQ was top tier. He listened to my specifications (i.e., problem areas to focus on, pressure preferences) and adjusted accordingly and was friendly and professional throughout. Thank you JQ!

We been coming here for over 10 years. Love the staff. Erin did a great job with my daughter’s hair, lots of attention to detail and just really easy to talk with. Highly recommend her.

I came here for the first time recently and had my hair done by Erin. She did an amazing job and was super fun to talk to! The salon itself also had a very nice vibe and felt cozy. Will definitely be back!

This Salon is so clean and has a very friendly staff. They are always very accommodating with last minute appointments. They make you feel comfortable and right at home by offering you something to drink while you wait. Most of the women who work here have been here for years and they all work so well as a team! Victoria is so gentle with her hands & kind as can be. She always executes my haircut perfectly!
