I received a gift card from my son to the spa. It was wonderful! I’m still a client years later.

Love getting my facials and massages here! Ivana is great at explaining her products and process, and best of all, all of her products are organic. She is extremely gentle and attentive. Can’t recommend them enough.

I drove an hour to get to this spa to purchase a 260$ gift certificate for my girlfriend and specifically asked if the salt room was free with the gift certificate like it is advertised. She used the certificate a year later due to life circumstance. Same promotion on website is there right now. They charged her 15$ to use the salt room. I just found out!!! I just read another review where a client had a similar experience. Wow! That's terrible. I wanted to go for my birthday this year but they ripped her off. She also tipped appropriately for all services. Buyer beware!

I ordered a gift card for a family member for Christmas on Dec. 11. My bank showed the money as being withdrawn from my account, but I had not received the certificate as of Dec. 22, 2017. I called and was told they had no records of when and when certificates were sent, and the last phone certificate was processed on Dec. 8. So they never sent the gift card I ordered and I had to rush out the weekend of Christmas to get a present for that individual. Moreover, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and they had absolutely no way of verifying whether they’d sent my certificate that I paid good money for, and where they sent it. I was very disappointed and will never deal with this spa again.

My first couple of facials from this place were great. But I got a gift certificate for Christmas so I decided to go for the 90 minute facial that lasted only about 45 minutes. I mentioned this and she got defensive saying there is no way it was only that long. I paid attention because my 55 minute one 8 weeks earlier was only 35 minutes. I didn't say anything about the first one, but for $190 facial, I expect the full 90. Plus I really didn't see any difference between the 55 minute as far as products or application. Also had a $300 gift certificate that said you had free 15 minute salt room treatment for every $50. She said "Oh, he got those when he bought you the gift certificate. He must have given them to someone else." I said, I know he would have given them to me, she argued with me until I said, hold on let me call and ask him. Then it was, "Oh well we only five them if the ask about it at the time of purchase." So now a promotion, you have to ask to get it. All said and done she said "well I don't mind if you get one, but not today, it's being used. So you can make another appointment for it. This after I showed up for an appointment and they mistakenly double-booked me and asked me to come back 6 hours later and another 45 minute trip back. Will never return!!!! Scammer

I've been coming once a month for a facial for years. Every time I come, I get a completely personalized experience based on what's going on with my skin at the moment and always leave feeling and looking fabulous. I took my maid of honor for a facial and massage the day before the wedding. I would recommend booking facials towards the end of the day as there tends to be a lot of nourishing oils used that you'll want to keep on overnight to get the best effect.

Evana is the best at facials! Highly recommend their massages and facials. Try their salt room too! It’s so unique.
