⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Hand & Stone in Waukesha! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Melissa is truly incredible at massages — hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. She’s professional, attentive, and really takes the time to understand what you need. She found all the tension spots and worked them out perfectly, and I left feeling completely refreshed and pain-free. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who genuinely knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable the entire time, I highly recommend booking with Melissa. She is AMAZING!

I was so happy when the Waukesha store re-opened!! Always greeted with a smile. All the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had Sebastian for my massages and she does a great job! I have the monthly membership which I love. Self care is so important in these crazy times. I highly recommend trying them out!!

Cassandra gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable and a great therapist. Olivia is awesome! My facial was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels so much better 😊 This location is under good ownership now and has some wonderful service providers and staff.

It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. Melissa was very attentive to detail and made sure I was comfortable. The Himalayan hot stones made the service even better. I would recommend coming here for your next massage.

Facial from Ari was wonderful and also received aromatherapy scalp massage. Very relaxing atmosphere. Check in/reception is always super friendly and helpful with information.

I decided to sign up for a monthly membership when this Hand and Stone location re-opened in May and it was the BEST decision I could’ve made. I’ve had facials from Ari and Sierra and a massage from Sebastian and each service has left me feeling not short of incredible. I appreciate how informative they are about the service, ask about any preferences or focus areas, and suggest add-ons based on your personal needs. I always feel genuinely cared about and listened to. I love that the front desk staff routinely goes above and beyond in their communication, as well. When I had a promotion for a free massage to use, they reached out and offered to book it immediately after my next facial. I loved that! I look forward to my visit each month knowing I’ll leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed. It’s always so hard to choose between a massage and facial because both services are truly heavenly! I’d recommend this Hand and Stone location to anyone, and if you’re looking to treat yourself to some self-care on a more regular basis, I’d definitely recommend a membership.

My massage and facial were absolutely wonderful! All of the staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming. I left feeling like a million bucks—completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Sebastian for a massage and Claire for a facial; both were exceptional. I’ll definitely be back to the Waukesha location. I also highly recommend the diamond glow facial!!! You will be glowing.
