Green Leaf and Pebble Med Spa

This place is nice, the staff is really friendly I liked how they made you feel home. However, there is only one person making food, drinks and attending tables. Our breakfast took around 1 hour and we were the only guests there. The order didn’t come complete and we had to leave without all the food. You should consider to hire someone else for the kitchen or offer more simple plates that can be done easier.

Just had a salt room session and couples massage to celebrate my and my husband's 3rd wedding anniversary! It was sooooo relaxing! We were super impressed with our massages. I had J (Jermaine), and oh my gosh he did AMAZING! He made sure to check on pressure and my comfort throughout the 90 minutes. His techniques blew me away, I feel like a whole new person. The salt room was super serene. I saw some people complain that the fountain was not working, but it was on when we went. We liked it, but probably wouldn't do it without also getting another service ❤️. We enjoyed the complimentary teas as well! My husband had their daily special, and I enjoyed a chai green. Both delicious! The manager on duty helped me book our appointments a week ago, and she was insanely helpful. I was able to snag their Black Friday deals over the phone and keep it a surprise for my hubby. Thank you Green Leaf and Pebble!

I came here for my first ever massage! My massage therapist (I believe her name was Laurie or Laura) was amazing. She was very kind and focused on the areas I was concerned with. She also gave me advice to help with the tension in my shoulders/neck that I am always struggling with. I was also given the option to choose what kind of aromatherapy scent I wanted, which I loved because I am sensitive to some scents! Huge tea selection as well, I was given a complimentary cup along after my massage and it was a very pleasant way to finish the session. The staff was very welcoming and kind, not at all pushy with their VIP program either 😁 Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back here. UPDATE: I came here for a deep tissue massage with GraceAnn (Grace Ann?) and it was really amazing! I ended up signing up for the VIP program since I see myself coming here often, and it is totally worth. I don’t normally sign up for any loyalty programs, but this place definitely has a great deal.

Im guessing there is still no resolution on the unused gift cards?? I get a no refund policy, but just taking people's money and running off with it. Sad to see any small business go, but zero communication is unbelievable.

had some late breakfast at the cafe here! loved sitting at the table by the window with all the plants 🙂 i ordered a mermaid lemonade and i loved it! its honestly a rlly pretty drink... very sweet too, which i enjoyed lol also ordered the "that's my jam" toast, as well as one of the pebble puffs! didn't take any photos of these, but they were great too! (actually rlly surprised by how much i liked the toast since it was topped with goat cheese along with the fruit & jam, and that's something i'd never tried before)

I purchased a gift card in June 2024 for my husband and scheduled an appointment immediately for end of June. I then get a phone call to reschedule due to Mondays being closed for staffing issues. I reschedule the appointment for a different day that same week then get an email I have to reschedule that too. No information or details as to why. I tried calling and emailing back to reschedule but no one answered and returned communication. At this time, there were not details about a closure on their website either. I followed up and the phone line was discontinued. I emailed again and no answer. Now when I google the spa name, it says temporary closure. If this was known, how could they ethically sell me a gift card and not refund it? I filed a complaint with my credit card company and just received a denial because the spa says its policy is no refunds for gift cards. So they were able to communicate with my credit card company to keep the $100 but couldn’t be bothered to communicate with me this whole time. This place is highly unethical, and I doubt it is a temporary closure. Seems like it’s heading for permanent closure based on how they are doing business.

Incredible experience! We ventured in for my mom's birthday! The entire staff was incredible! Eryka the receptionist was so helpful in explaining all of teas to us and making sure we felt right at home. We started off in the Himalayan Salt Cave followed by the most soothing massages by Casey and Kristen. So thankful for such a wonderful afternoon. We will definitely be back!
