I had never used this type of service before, and Ruthie took the time to clearly explain both the Contour Light and Snatch & Tone treatments. After just three sessions, I noticed a decrease in my aches and pains and my body felt more toned. Due to my limited time in California, I wasn’t able to complete my full package, but I still continued to slowly lose weight. As of today, I’m truly happy with where I am, and I’m grateful to Ruthie for giving me that head start. The environment is beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing—you could literally take a nap during the treatment. Ruthie truly represents the business woman of today: professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I give her a well-deserved 5-star rating!
