Two incredible services!! I had the signature facial first followed by a massage. Both services were each top experiences of a lifetime. My only feedback would be to have a better waiting room in between sessions as the title suggests it’s a day spa but there’s no way to really have it feel like a half day experience. But seriously two of the best services I’ve ever had.

My experience has been less then exciting from the start. Good customer service is always an integral part of any company and I feel their front desk girl came across as snobby and not very friendly. I spoke with a young lady stating that I was coming from out of town and wanted to get a gift card as a Christmas present, she reminded me that they closed at 5pm. I show up at 4pm and they are closed. She calls me the next day stating they werent busy and left early. But the website clearly states 5pm as the close time. There should be no excuses. Here's the bigger kick. Since it was a holiday gift and as most businesses have a small window to provide refunds for unwanted gifts. I was not provided a refund for the unwanted gift. I looked on the website policies and there is nothing that states no refunds. Here is what is stated on their website Product returns Any product return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. We do not accept returns on Jane Iredale cosmetics. I should be able to get my refund as I have my receipt and it was purchased less then 30 days, but they won't refund me. I'm assuming your massages are wonderful based on the reviews, but the snobby Attitude and bad customer service will hurt you before anyone can enjoy the good you have to offer. UPDATED RESPONSE TO OWNER: I want to thank you for responding to me. As it relates to your employee behavior, before I can accept your apologies, I'd very much like to know what steps, measures, which may include customer service training have you identified to prevent such issues from reoccurring in the future. As a small business it is more imperative to be clear with your expectations as it might not take much to create negative impacts that may be detrimental to your business operations. The issues with closing early happened a few days before the actual holiday event which again wouldn't have been a problem if the employee stated that you might close early. Instead they made it clear that your facility would close was at 5pm and that I made it clear that I would arrive at 4pm. The last issue of the gift card implies no cash back. I wasn't wanting cash back. I paid the gift card with a credit card and just wanted the credit card recredited. The person just didnt want the gift. No cash back was requested. There are other numerous small businesses that would have provided recredit of charges that occured on the buyers credit card. You have just chosen not to recredit my credit card. Therefore showing future customers your inability to do whats right and potentially losing any future business due to all of the above mentioned. Im just wanting to educate consumers on their ability to articulate the ability to get the right service, properly, timely and without negative recourse should they deem the service no longer is needed for whatever reason.

This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Jewel hit all the critical areas but most of all I can turn my head and no neck stiffness. Thanks again Jewel. PS; the only complaint is that the gift certificate amount I had was not honored for the original price and I had to pay extra. Not a good business practice.
