Perspire Sauna Studio

I came to Perspire to do my first Sauna experience and I had a wonderful time. I made my account through their website and then called to make my appointment. I chose the first appointment for a Saturday and Alexandess was the person who greeted me. She was amazing with giving me the tour of the place, explaining the whole process and their products. I did the intro session so it's the red light therapy, infrared heat and chromotherapy for fourty minutes. I also added the Sno shower which is just a cold bath which is extra. The personal room was great with a TV that has Netflix and YouTube. The speaker is in the sauna box. The experience was refreshing especially since I could change the colors. The Sno bath was alright but it's very short. The only issue I saw here was that the heater was very dirty and you'll see the built up dust.

My new favorite spot. The staff is super friendly. The facility is always spotless. You are able to customize your experience. I never have any trouble making an appointment. Appointments are also easier to make using the app or via text message. I love the refillable water station. I wish the signature eucalyptus towel was big enough to wrap my whole body in! Not to mention the snow shower! Ahhh! And the variety of cold beverages available in the lobby.

As someone new to infrared sauna therapy, I was a little nervous, but the first team member I spoke with walked me through everything with patience and clarity. I immediately felt at ease. Now let’s talk about the actual experience—wow. I booked a 40-minute infrared sauna session and was amazed at how deeply relaxing it was. Imagine using a heating pad, but instead of targeting one sore area, your entire body is gently surrounded by healing warmth. The blue light and infrared therapy were not only rejuvenating for my skin, but seemed to melt away stress I didn’t even realize I was carrying. I loved being able to stream my favorite Netflix shows with surround sound while in the sauna—what a bonus! 🎥🎧 And then… came the snow shower. 😅 Let me just say—it’s not comfortable (and it’s not supposed to be), but pushing through that icy blast was such an exhilarating challenge. I focused on my breath and came out feeling completely recharged. When I walked out of Perspire, I felt like I had just taken the most restorative, full-body nap—without actually sleeping. That’s how effective and refreshing the entire experience was. The best part? The pricing is extremely reasonable for the luxury and value you receive. Whether you’re looking to detox, relax, boost circulation, or just treat yourself—Perspire Sauna Studio is a must. I can’t wait to go back. 🙌 Highly, highly recommend. 💯

Loved this location. My private sauna room had a shower, flat screen tv with red light therapy option and Sno Shower for an added fee. Very clean and the staff here are very friendly. I felt amazing after and was still perspiring 30 mins after I left. All the environmental toxins were being released from my body. It was INCREDIBLE! My skin was glistening and glowing for hours!

My new favorite obsession! I love going every Saturday after a long week to kick off my weekend relaxed. The snow shower is a must! The Manager Derek is very nice and Steven is very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Will not be back again! My wife and I tried an intro session and ended up signing up but realized we weren't able to use up the monthly sessions and if you don't use it then you lose it. I called and explained this and decided to cancel me and my wife's membership days before the next billing cycle. They mentioned we had to email our cancellation which me and my wife did right away and notated the date we wanted to cancel which was before the next billing cycle so that we could try to use up a few more of the sessions we still had. We then noticed 2 charges for another month a few days later. We write back stating that we had wanted to cancel and to reverse the charges as we mentioned we were trying to cancel before the next billing cycle. They then proceeded to say they can't reverse the charges because we didn't confirm with them in a timely manner. I don't understand how calling and sending an email to cancel effective this date is not clear enough. Needless to say this billing issue was not resolved and charges were not authorized. Horrible service!

My sweat session at Perspire was a positive one. The facility was nice and clean and the rooms were so cozy. I had the opportunity to watch a show/movie or listen to music. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to add to their health and wellness journey.
