beem® Light Sauna - Tuscaloosa

As a middle aged mom, this service has been a lifesaver for me. I look forward to every session because I leave feeling healthier, and calmer each time after. The private sauna’s are so relaxing, and I have noticed a change in my skin and overall wellness since I started a few months ago. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

This was absolutely a great experience. The atmosphere is so welcoming and Mrs Wendy is an absolute joy. I’ll definitely be coming back. I feel time times lighter than before thanks to "Beem light sauna"!!!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming during every visit! infrared light therapy rooms are always clean and sanitized plus there are iPads in the room to watch shows or listen to music! This is definitely the place to go to when you need some relaxation and I will be here daily!

My first time doing an infrared sauna and it was an awesome experience! The staff was super helpful and informative and the sauna rooms were kept very clean and were super simple to use. Not to mention how great you feel after you have finished a session! Can't wait to go back.

I love Beem and having it as part of my health routine. I notice such a difference in how I sleep and my overall wellbeing when I go in. The saunas are always clean and the staff is super friendly. I've seriously never met a staff member there that is anything but kind and attentive. The app is very easy to use. If you're in the market for a relaxing experience while also taking care of your body, I highly recommend Beem!
