Genesis Health Clubs - Woodland Hills

I'll start by saying I personally don't actually go here *yet?* and was visiting so haven't got the full personal experience. The gym is pretty neat, tons of options regarding equipment and training tools etc, neat community table with programs and groups along with personal trainers and calendar for activity dates near the front along with employee stations. The place has a pool and basketball court, they also have a fancy mini cafe at the front. The place also has a dozen training studios for activities that can be planned. Tvs are around for entertainment which is nice and also personal cubes to store belongings, I didn't check out the locker room so it may have lockers? But not 100% on that. What's really nice is the amount of cleaning stations and water fountains to refresh, love the sanitizer stations. Staff were also incredibly helpful/nice on providing information about the gym and it's activities. Once more I was visiting while on a side quest and overall think this gym is pretty nice, and has many options.

Out of several employees who work at this location, Chris is an excellent assistant manager who is kind, considerate, and enthusiastic everyday he is on shift. As a regular, I see Chris consistently help out other employees, customers, and members more than he needs to, overexerting himself to make sure everyone is satisfied with their experience. He is the reason the staff mwmbers are put together and caring with his presence at the front desk and one of the primary reasons I attend the gym on the days he works. Thank you, Chris!

The assistant manager Chris provided exceptional guidance and service during my visit. This is 100% THE gym to go to if you are looking for a pleasant experience with even better employees. Will be returning.

We visit here as guests when we are in Tulsa visiting family. This is our home gym away from home. Equipment and facilities are top notch. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get or stay fit while in the Tulsa area.

We have a family membership and brought our kids to use the pool and play basketball, front guy said it was fine as long as they are supervised, then the manager came barging in telling us no. We called another location off of Aspen in BA the lady on the phone sounded like this was a dumb question when I asked if we could bring our kids to the pool and she said yes of course! We will not be back to the location off of Memorial by the mall because of the manager!

My name is Gabriel Hyslop, I’ve been going to Genesis in Woodland Hills for three years now and I absolutely love it! The employees are very friendly and the facility is always spotless! They have all the equipment you need for the gym and more! Definitely recomend!

Staff and equipment is next level! Zayne helped me out with my membership and general assistance and was super friendly and helpful. This gym has everything a cardio or weightlifting enthusiast needs.
