Novum Massage

The best massage to get the knots out, I didn’t realize how much tension I had in my legs. Yves Tobon has a gift. Absolutely recommend.

Cody is FANTASTIC. I’ve been getting massages at other places and would leave feeling ok, but wouldn’t be "fixed". My first massage with Cody was life changing. He knows exactly how to get to problem areas, has great bedside manner, and is always prompt and friendly.

I had a massage with Rebecca. She has an ability to find those areas that need deeper attention. She doesn't just do a "feel good" massage. She is able to reset muscles I have overused so that I feel the benefits for weeks after treatment. I play tennis, bike, hike and care for a special needs person so I need monthly visits with Rebecca.

After my car accident, I was dealing with a lot of pain and stiffness, and recovery felt overwhelming. Working with Rebecca alongside my chiropractors made a huge difference in my healing. She paid close attention to what the doctor said was out of alignment and focused on those specific muscle groups, helping release the tension that was pulling everything out of place. Because of her work, my adjustments held longer and my body was able to stay in alignment much more easily. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and intentional she was—every session had a purpose, and you could feel the progress. Rebecca truly cares about her clients’ recovery and goes above and beyond to help you get back to 100%. I’m incredibly grateful for her skill, professionalism, and dedication, and I highly recommend her to anyone recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic pain

The therapists at Novum have provided the best massages I've ever had. Andrea Ruiz is incredible and was able to provide deep tissue therapy to relieve my muscle soreness and helped improve my mobility. This is now my go-to spot for massage therapy and just want to say thank you to an amazing team for making me feel welcome!

My two initial sessions at Novum, with Ruben, were incredibly helpful and healing. I have a couple of challenging chronic pain issues from old injuries, and Ruben was able to address them with notable skill and intuition. He was also very kind. Both medical massage sessions were among the most genuinely therapeutic I have ever received. More generally, Novum struck me as a very clean, calm, and welcoming practice. Parking is readily available just outside. Angelita at the front desk was always a joy to interact with, in person and by phone. As soon as I return to Tucson, I will be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the spa, and I want to especially recognize Angelita Gonzales, the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. Angelita was professional, kind, and very attentive she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her positive energy and excellent customer service set the tone for the whole visit. She truly represents the spa with grace and professionalism. Thank you, Angelita, for making my experience exceptional!
