Perspire Sauna Studio - South Bay Torrance

easy pezy! Love my me time, so good! User Rachel Overs I love how easy it is to visit, from the app that is so efficient and easy to use to the employees that greet me and have the suite already for me. The private suite is perfect with a Big screen TV provided with bluetooth speakers in suite. I enjoy watching Netflix and Utube also provided with the membership. The infrared red lights and other colored lights are awesome. The 40 min session is a well needed time for me to relax while detoxing. I appreciate the in suite private towel service and floor mat which tops off this very special experience.

I was so excited about this place opening up near my house. I was going to the Korean Spa, going to places with sauna pods, and using my neighbor's sauna sometimes (obviously, I love a good detox). This is definitely an elevated/private experience. It can be as active or calm as you want your 40mins to be. All the rooms are private and clean. The equipment is brand new and built beautifully. I watched a short intro video to get familiar with the equipment. You'll never get bored in your session. The TV offers cool stretching videos, mediation, scenic tours, sound baths, and so much more. If that isn't up your alley you can watch a show or play some music. After you exit the sauna you can wipe yourself down with a cooling eucalyptus towel, get dressed, and leave renewed. The reception is full of amenities and drinks to refuel and hydrate or make your experience even better. The best part is you don't have to do laundry! All the towels are provided and you drop them off on your way out!

I had a professional check-in experience at Perspire Sauna Studio in Torrance, where Hannah greeted me with exceptional friendliness and made the process smooth and welcoming. The studio was spotless, with impressively clean and well-maintained rooms that created a comfortable and relaxing environment. Hannah’s warm demeanor and attention to detail really stood out, contributing to the overall great atmosphere of the place. From start to finish, the visit felt professional yet personal—perfect for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, well-run setting.

Loving the infrared sauna here. Rooms are super comfortable and sauna is hot. I went to a different studio where sauna said 140 but it didnt feel as hot as perspire. What would be great is if the washcloths were colder. I brought my own ice in a ziplock and stuffed it in there and that worked to make it colder. Also love having the big tv in there and access to youtube and calming channels. Also love the perspire stretch video.

Perspire is such a blessing to the community!! This spa is so peaceful, tranquil, and a lovely place to relax and destress while sweating out toxins. I love coming here not only for the beautiful well lit Infrared saunas with delicious smelling cedar wood, but also for the lovely staff that provide the greatest of Service and clean amenities. I highly recommend this spa which has definitely improved my well being not only on the outside with glowing skin, but also for the relaxing experience it provides my spirit and soul ❤❤❤❤❤
