That's what initially sparked my interest in trying it! I’m so glad I did—starting sessions at beem Light Sauna has been nothing short of miraculous for me personally. After consistent use of their red light therapy a few times per week, I've been able to completely come off my autoimmune thyroid medication. My labs have improved dramatically, and I feel energized in a way I haven’t in years. Beyond the incredible health benefits, the entire experience at beem is top-notch. The office has such a peaceful, serene vibe and it's always a great start to my morning. Everything is impeccably clean as well. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, which is the best part of their office! They take time to explain everything and make you feel genuinely cared for, and always welcome you with a warm smile and kind conversation. Lastly, I appreciate how easy it is to book sessions on the app. It is super convenient and they are always accommodating for last minute booking. I had such a great experience here! I visited during their 'First Time Experience' offer and paid $32 for a 45-minute solo sauna session. Everything was very clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the privacy. They even provide an iPad inside the sauna for entertainment, and the sauna itself has different light settings designed for various health benefits, which was a really nice bonus. While the regular price is a bit out of my budget, I’d still highly recommend this place to anyone!

Always ready for me! Love the fresh towels and robe so you can do both red light and infrared at same visit and not have to redress. All staff is very friendly and helpful!

Absolutely LOVE this place. My wife and I start our mornings off with red light and then sauna. Feel amazing every morning walking out of there ready to take on the day! Couldn’t recommend more, love, love, love.
