Customer Reviews
SpaTerre Teton Village has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 56 reviews on Google
Had a great 60 minute massage. The facilities are bright and clean. I have sensitivities to artificial fragrances and usually can't frequent spas, but this one had a light, pleasant smell that must have been a blend of essential oils because I didn't have any reactions. The massage oil was fragrance free, which is a must for me. Highly recommend!
Amazing facilities. Came here for a couples massage and was blown away by the locker rooms. Steam room, hot tub, excellent showers, all the things you could possibly ever need to get ready and on with your day. Hair dryer, straightener, brushes, deodorant…. Mouthwash even! Excellent and private feeling. The massage was incredible, Jackie definitely knows what she’s doing! I left feeling clean, pampered, and very relaxed. Huckleberry tea was delicious too. Highly recommend and very well priced, especially for the accommodations. They make you feel welcome and that there is no rush to leave. We were the first appointment of the day and they still told us to stay as long as we want, they close at 7pm.
Had a fantastic experience at SpaTerre during my honeymoon this past week. We had two rainy days during our trip and our first one had a day here, we liked it so much we went back. Considering the cost of services in Jackson Hole, this was a great value. They allowed use of their fitness, pool and hot tub facilities with a space service for the day. As we weren’t staying at the resort here, this was such a plus. Staff was kind, professional and everything was incredibly clean. Could not recommend enough and would likely stay at this resort next time AND get spa services!
It was my first time using the spa but I have been to the hotel many times. My friend and I had a great spa afternoon and we loved almost everything. The girl who did my massage was really really good! However the one that did my friends wasn’t as experienced and had very pointy elbows which wasn’t what she needed. I have been to many spas have several suggestions to make this experience one of the best (as it really should be the best for the area and the prices). I live in Jackson so I am giving this feedback as a sincere desire to improve the experience so I can look forward to bringing my friends and family back. The following fixes and changes would really make this one of the best spas: 1. The elevator in spa area will take you to the roof top jacuzzi but it won’t bring you back! With the temporary spa key card given the elevator will only go back to the lobby and then you have to walk back through the halls, thru the shop, back down the stairs, and that is really not relaxing! Should be an easy fix and should not happen. 2. The upstairs jacuzzi is nice but needs a shade option somewhere to be able to stay for longer than 20 minutes as the sun is intense. Would also be nice if iced water was provided under a shaded area. 3. Regular clean up and restocking - this should be obvious, things need to be immaculate. We were really the only two there most of the time but there were still wash cloths, towels, cups, trail mix bowls, etc. laying around (I actually cleaned up several items just so things looked better for my friend). 4. Provide disposable makeup remover wipes or reusable/washable microfiber cloths to remove makeup quickly before going into the steam room. There also needs to be more than 3 iced wash cloths. More like 6 would be practical. 5. Provide a hand mirror to see the back of hair at the hair station. 6. Provide a few snack options that are individually wrapped - protein bars, gum, mints, chocolates, small bags of popcorn, grapes. And have individual bottled water. The only option available was Costco trail mix that you serve yourself into little bowls (that were left laying around everywhere). Self serve trail mix in a large container is not only disappointing but definitely not the best standard especially since many are allergic to nuts. People touch the nuts then touch the tea pot, cups, the water jug, etc. This is an obvious cross contamination issue that was not well thought out. 7. Mouth wash is a nice option that is available but it needs to be in a dispenser that doesn’t splatter everywhere! This is really absurd and unacceptable. 8. Provide disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste. It’s a small thing but so appreciated when it’s needed. 9. Last massage ends at 6:30 so closing at 7 is too rushed. Should close at 7:30 so there is at least one hour to shower and get ready without feeling rushed. We want to stay relaxed. 10. A second glass of champagne should be offered if anyone is staying more than an hour or two at the spa. It would make the hotel seem generous and elegant.
Valentine’s Day pleasure! We received couples massage that was absolutely wonderful! People who leave bad reviews need to lern that talking to massage therapist is OK. Let them know how you feel to adjust pressure. We were happy with staff, massage and facility! Special "thanks" to the management keeping the place spotless and well maintained. We left with impression that everyone is well trained and very helpful!
Treatment room temperature and bed were cold. The only snacks available were apples that must have been there for a long time- they were soft and mealy
Massage was fantastic, Reception was fantastic, Amenities are in need of updating and being cleaned. But they have the right idea just need to invest some money to make the amenities fit the massage price. Overall I would go again.
