I was absolutely BLESSED with an appointment with Mia this weekend. This was my first time visiting her new location and I was blown away. It is so cozy and inviting. I wanted to curl up with a book in the waiting room. But the atmosphere pales in comparison to how amazing my massage was. I got a 60 minute massage. I have very severe scoliosis, sciatica, and problems with migraines. I have had many different massage therapists in the past. I am so glad my search is over for my person. Her pressure and flow was exactly what I needed. Her energy is relaxing and sweet. I have so much relief after my massage. My shoulders physically sit lower. I feel like I can actually breathe. I will be exclusively getting my massages here from now on. 100/10! TLDR: This is the best massage therapist/ spa I have ever been to. I cannot say enough good things about Mia and The Zen Room.
