Serenity Massage Tempe

I called Serenity Massage Center about 15 minutes before I wanted to come in, and they were super accommodating and got me in right away. The place was clean, smelled great, and had a calm atmosphere. They offer free add-ons like essential oils and hot stones if you pay in cash, which is a nice perk—I only had my card, but it’s worth noting for next time. I got a deep tissue massage with Coco, and she was fantastic. Before starting, she did a quick assessment—light rub down, checking for tight spots, and asking what I wanted her to focus on. Her suggestions lined up perfectly with what I needed, and throughout the massage she was kind, attentive, and very skilled. One thing I really appreciated was how observant she was. When she moved to work on my legs and feet, she immediately noticed how cold I was. She offered to turn on the heating pad built into the bed and even brought in a small space heater to warm the room. I’m anemic and always freezing, so I was still a bit cold, but it meant a lot that she noticed and tried to make me more comfortable. Coco also gave me hot stones, which was a different experience than what I’ve had elsewhere—and in a really good way. Instead of immediately using them to massage, she laid a sheet over my back and placed the stones on specific pressure points to let them cool slightly while she worked on my legs. After about 10 minutes, she took those stones—still very warm—and used them to massage my legs, then continued the stone massage across the rest of my body. I originally thought the "free hot stones" just meant they place them on your back, but no—you actually get the full hot stone massage included. It was such a nice surprise. She worked out major tension in my shoulder blades, and I genuinely felt a difference. I was even able to go to the gym a few hours later and lift heavy with no discomfort, which is not normally the case. I waited a full day before writing this review just to make sure everything still felt good, and I’m still feeling great. One calf is a little tight, but that’s likely from my run, not the massage. The only thing to note is the location—it’s right next to a Taekwondo studio, so you’ll hear kids practicing, yelling in unison, and the occasional board breaking. If you're looking for a silent, spa-like Swedish massage experience, this might not be the best fit. But if you're coming to get real work done and loosen up tight muscles, this place is awesome. Overall, highly recommend asking for Coco. She was wonderful.

Booked a 90 minute couples massage and it was amazing. The office was so busy when we came in, we did have to wait a few extra minutes but they still gave us our full 90 minutes. We both felt amazing! I would rather make the drive here (I live in Buckeye) than to any chain massage place. (ie Hand & Stone, Elements etc) First time in and definitely coming back! Thank you ladies for a great experience!

I’m usually weary about random massage places, but considering I couldn’t find much near me with high reviews, I decided to give this place a try and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I’ve had multiple massages within the past couple years and I’m always left feeling relaxed, but this time was different. I felt an insane level of peace and natural high that I’ve never felt before!! Coco massaged muscles I wasn’t even aware I had and just gave her best effort and did awesome. A lot of massage places are overpriced, but this place is very reasonable priced and you get amazing attention. Another thing to note, almost all of my past massages have been cut around 5 minutes short, I’m assuming out of laziness, but I got the entire hour I paid for here! Lol. maybe even a couple longer. Thank you serenity massage + Coco! I’m no longer in pain!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Serenity Massage. We did the 60 minute Couples Deep Tissue and by paying in cash, they had a few free add ons, such as essential oils and hot stones. It was also a very affordable price point for a couples massage, at $140 total before tips. It was a very calming and relaxing massage, and the masseuses were very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend trying Serenity Massage and will definitely come back when we are in the Phoenix Area again.

Best massage I’ve had in the US so far. Co Co did an extremely good job. I had a lot of lower back pain and she hit all the right spots and I feel so much better now. Also all the people here are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. I will definitely come back 😁👍

Just had a brokerage retreat weekend and New Serenity Spa was the highlight. We had 10 in our party and we're treated like royalty. The staff, the venue and the food were above and beyond our expectations. We will be back!!
