If you have never been, you need to try this spot! I highly recommend getting a scrub. It’s basically is a deep full body clean, facial and massage all in one. My technician’s skill was nothing short of amazing. I came out feeling like a totally new person—glowing and so relaxed. After the scrub I spent time in the sauna, then did a cold plunge, and finished with some nourishing food. Going here was like a quick trip to another world and nothing short of amazing! The staff is super helpful if you need anything.

Great price for day use - $35/ adult for use of wet areas and saunas. Massage and scrub services available at extra costs. Cook to order Korean menu available. You can bring your own food, but have to leave it at the front desk - no glass or alcohol.

First of all, if you haven't had the chance to visit this place, I HIGHLY recommend it! Breakdown: You will have to leave your shoes, clothes, and most personal items in lockers that are provided. ABSOLUTELY NO PHONES, and you must be 100% nude in the wet area. They require that you wear the facility approved spa uniform, which is also provided. The cost to enter the facility and use its amenities ( clay sauna, salt sauna, common area, steam room, cold dip pool, hot tub soaking pool, showers, and restaurant) costs $33. It costs extra to have some of the wet area services ( body wash/scrub). Restaurant: The restaurant is in the common area and is an absolute gem. The food was tasty and made to order. They have a really good selection of choices to choose from ranging from simple appetizers to full meals. Service: I'd like to acknowledge the wonderful lady who performed my body wash/scrub. Kate was amazing and made me feel like a whole new woman. Thank you! 🙏🏽 Overall, you can easily spend several hours here really taking in all that it has to offer. My bestie and I definitely did, and it was amazing. I will for sure be adding this place to my once every other month routine. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I came here for my birthday and decided to get the gold package body scrub. It does require you to be fully nude but I absolutely enjoyed it, and it was much needed lol. It was a great experience and i would definitely go back. Food was also amazing too!

Shangri-La is absolutely wonderful for what it is and I will definitely be returning! The wet area is very small with limited spaces available in the hot tub and steam room, but both are immaculately clean and so HOT...pretty close to authentic jimijibang hot. Many other Korean spas in the eastern U.S. do not set there tubs extremely hot, but Shangri-La doesn't disappoint in that regard. The amenities are somewhat limited, but that doesn't affect relaxation and revitalizing benefits. The prices are very reasonable and slightly less than those charged elsewhere, which is fair. Staff are pleasant and certainly on top of cleaning and maintenance. A truly awesome experience all around...I certainly recommend!

Know before you go — my new favorite self-care ritual is visiting a Korean bathhouse, and this location did not disappoint! Admission is very affordable at $33, giving you access to all the wellness amenities: hot and cold Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, and more. There is no limit to how long you stay so I encourage spending at least three hours enjoying what’s available. Prices do increase if you choose to add services like a body shampoo, massage, or a facial. I chose the Gold Package and left feeling incredibly relaxed, with my skin silky-smooth from the VERY thorough exfoliation of the body shampoo. I LOVED how refreshed and renewed my skin felt after this treatment, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s never tried it. This experience is an absolute MUST if you’re looking to unwind and indulge in some serious self-care! Oh, they also have a restaurant located inside for refreshment.

Last Tuesday I was at the spa; it wasn't my first time, I've been there many times before. It's a good place to relax. However, I want to mention that that day, at checkout, the receptionist, whom I had never seen before, tried to charge me $40 for restaurant charges, which she claimed were registered under my name, but which I never incurred. At that moment, the owner arrived and went to verify the charges with the restaurant. My only proof was that I hadn't used the blue uniform assigned for the common area and had returned it folded just as I had received it. The owner was very kind, agreed with me, and said that everything was fine and there was no problem. She only did a quick check of my bag to make sure I hadn't stolen anything from the spa, and I was able to leave peacefully. So I never understood what the error was and how it's possible to charge a customer in that way. They should be more careful when taking orders at the restaurant and verify that it's the correct customer when adding charges.
