I spa reflexology Massage

Went in for a couples massage. I was very pleased. Very professional, clean, courteous, a little heavy-handed for my fiancee, but perfect for me. Had a trigger-point massage and the results were phenomenal. Best for me was upper neck and rear scalp massage,which alleviated occipital nerve headaches I've had since an accident 3 years ago. Awesome service. Thank you

This was my first time here and my second massage ever. Greeted by the front desk lady, I asked if there are any other massage therapists in the building. She nodded her head, then left to go get Martin, who ended up selling me on the whole package. He explained it well. I got the 90 minute Swedish massage, as well as the 30 minute body scrub which included the table shower. He then takes payment, then leads me to a room in the back. Cozy lighting and peaceful music, I got undressed and put on this very comfortable bath robe. Then my masseuse, May, came in after a minute. Gorgeous and very friendly, she did one hell of a job. First, she relaxed me on the table shower, followed by a very detailed massage session getting every inch of my tense, stressed body. Didn’t speak too much English, but just enough to make small talk. Only reason why this doesn’t have 5 stars is at the end of the session, I offered a 20% tip for what I paid, and she said that wasn’t enough. I will be returning here soon, just next time with a little more money.

Injured my shoulder in a way I familiar with. Usually when it flares up I have to immediately address it or it will worsen dramatically over the next 48 hours. I called Massage Envy (where I am a monthly pay member and they said sorry short notice and too bad) I called these folks and they said hurry over, we are closing soon but want to try to help. It was an awesome massage. She spent 30 minutes just on the ligaments in my shoulder and the rest of the time on my neck and back. It was a good easily as ME.

literally the weirdest massage experience i don’t even know where to start!!! i booked a couples massage.when we walked in, there was no one there. someone shuffled down the stairs and merely tells us to come upstairs, points us to our room and leaves. no one even asked us for our names. super impersonal and kinda sketchy. we get underdressed and wait about 15 minutes to start. suddenly someone barges in without knocking and begins my boyfriend’s massage. like literally just opens the door and starts massaging him with no warning. he gets massaged for a full 5 minutes before my masseuse even gets there. there was no music and no ambiance whatsoever. no one asked us how much pressure we wanted or where specifically we wanted to be massaged. my masseuse had very long nails that hurt my skin and felt super weird against my scalp (also left my curly hair in a mess because she ran her fingers through my curls. not really taking this into account for the review because maybe that’s part of the Thai massage tradition but i personally did not like it.) i was also not getting the same massage as my boyfriend because i got "hit" (as part of the massage) often and he didn’t. they also made it super hard to keep track of time and STILL didn’t meet the full hour. they left during the message to get hot (overly wet) towels which took like seven minutes and then they ended our massages early and at different times. one of the masseuse’s phone went off several times during the massage. the masseuses spoke to each other more than is acceptable to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for the clients. we also heard absolutely everything that was going on (all the walking and talking and shuffling around) the whole time. in the end, she asked for tips and despite tipping $5 to each of them (way more than the experience merited), she gave us attitude on our way out. this place should really consider some employee training and general policies that ensure the clients feel much more confident and comfortable.

I can not put into words how great the staff at Thai House Massage is. I would give it a 10 star rating if possible. It is very clean and professional. Martin, the owner, has given massages to myself along with my son and daughter. I have struggled with low back pain for years. My son and daughter both have neck problems. We are an extremely active family and Martin knows exactly what to do to get us feeling better fast. When we leave after a massage we are already feeling so much better and are able to go about our daily activities once again without pain. I know there are a lot of massage choices in town but I strongly recommend you give Martin and his team an opportunity at Thai House. You will be very happy with the results and become a loyal customer just like we are.

My Husband and I had a fantastic experience at Thai House Massage Spa with their couples massage service. The aroma was calm and peaceful, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The therapists were skilled and attentive, ensuring a refreshing experience for both of us. The couples massage allowed us to relax together, and we left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this service for a satisfied spa experience.

*do not book a massage here* I scheduled a couples deep tissue massage with my husband to celebrate our birthday/Valentines Day. Before getting to the appointment, I was turned off with a text, "are you still coming?" at 12:50 pm, that was my first RED FLAG!! Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted and the ambiance was very nice, the massage experience- NOT SO MUCH!!! There was loud talking during our service which was not relaxing at all, in addition to hearing the phone ring and the front door open and close! I practiced massage therapy 10 years ago and my massage was not deep tissue, my therapist did not apply pressure and to make matters worse, he walked off in the middle of my service. I could tell that my therapist switched out with a female therapist who started a SWEDISH massage, this was not my request. I specifically asked if she could target my problematic areas, she did not and the language barrier didn’t help at all. There was more focus on my legs than my traps where all my tension is. The female therapist then began to massage my neck WITHOUT massage oil, talk about a burning sensation and there was no communication that a hot towel would be placed on my back! To further my irritation, I could tell that my husband’s therapist was more skilled than mine, as I heard her using different massage modalities for muscle relaxation. Afterwards at checkout, the therapist who serviced my husband tried to guilt me into leaving a TIP- absolutely not, your lucky you’re getting $5, totaling our service to $150- which was NOT WORTH IT! It’s so unprofessional to guilt a patron to tip, while you’re wearing a Diamond and Sapphire cat pendant necklace- girl getcho life, begging is not cute! I wasted my time and my money- I WILL NEVER VISIT THERE ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, nor will I recommend their services!
