East West Wellness STL

Westley is AMAZING! I’ve had back and shoulder pain for almost two decades now and Westley was able to basically massage relaxation into them. He’s incredibly skilled, very nice, and the massage room setup they have is immensely relaxing. Great deep tissue massage; would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I booked a 3-hour reset (30-minute sauna/cold plunge, 60-minute float, 90-minute massage) with Westley. I didn't quite know what to expect because I'd never done a float or cold plunge. The whole experience was delightful and Westley made me feel comfortable through every phase of the appointment. I will definitely be back!

I did the 3 hour reset and it was incredible. Wesley was so friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting while trying something new. I loved the facility, especially the cold plunge and sauna room (it’s decorated so nicely and had an incredible ambiance!). This service truly can’t be beat at this price and I’ll be making it a part of my monthly routine!

This was one of the top 3 massages I have ever gotten! Wesley was amazing. Highly recommend!

My partner surprised me with a "couples reset." We alternated time in the sauna with cold plunges to begin; sweet and intimate to spend time together relaxing. The package also included a sensory deprivation pool float and a 90-minute massage. Felt like stress was rippling off and away. Relaxing, revivifying. Westley was aces. Overall a gem in Crestwood, fair prices. We've already purchased a gift card for a friend and will be back.

Couples 3-Hour Reset at East-West Wellness – A True Reboot My partner and I just did the Couples 3-Hour Reset at East-West Wellness, and honestly, it was incredible. We left feeling completely refreshed—body, mind, and spirit. It started with a 90-minute massage, and I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Westley and Dani were amazing—super intuitive, skilled, and grounded. I felt like my spine got a full realignment and my whole body just let go of everything it was holding. After the massage, we floated together in the zero-gravity pool, followed by the sauna and cold plunge. Each part of the experience built on the next in such a thoughtful way. It wasn’t just relaxing—it actually felt healing. Whether you’re booking it as a couple or going solo, I can’t recommend this enough. The retreat is beautifully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset. We’ll definitely be back.

Was a wonderful experience, I booked last minute as I was having back pain. Westley was amazing! I feel so much better! I highly recommend you will love it.
